We rent our 23 m² studio perched on the top floor of the "Rochers": the only building in Castin at the water's edge! Located in the heart of Les Mielles, the shopping center, you can access it by the road leading to the port or directly by the Grande Plage, and enjoy, on foot, almost everything our beautiful seaside resort has to offer. (7 beaches, many restaurants, shops and markets, marina, adventure trail, golf, fishing, horseback riding, GR 34, etc...)

Julien's apartment is located in the center of Lancieux, very close to shops (including one of the best bakery in the area). Convenient, the beach is a few minutes away. Very bright, it overlooks an 18th century tower. Well arranged and clean, it is comfortable and convenient. Julien prepared everything and his clear directions allowed a smooth and pleasant check-in and checkout.

We loved the decor, the very comfortable bedding, all the baby equipment provided and the location in the city center, it's simple we were able to do everything in a stroller with the children, the dream! We felt very good in a very beautiful recent house with neat decoration and design. The kitchen is well arranged and very well equipped. The central island brings a lot of conviviality. We appreciated the quality of the bedding and the four entirely independent, comfortable sleeping areas with spacious bathrooms. The discovery of connected Japanese toilets. The beach of Saint Briac is really close on foot and my grandchildren had a good time in the heated pool. We will really enjoy going back!

we slept one night for a wedding. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant, quite consistent with the description. It was a very hot weekend and we found it cool. We were able to enjoy the garden in the morning. The hosts are very responsive, in short everything was perfect, Thank you. As a bonus, the city of Saint Briac is very pretty.
