A peaceful place to stay. This is a recently remodeled townhouse that features an open garden adorned with flowers. The house is located 10 mn away from the city Le Puy en Velay and 5 mn away from a shopping district. The house is ideal for two guests. It has a spacious bedroom, a living room, kitchen and full bathroom with shower. A porch and awning furnished with a table and chairs is available to enjoy alongside the garden. There is parking available for a vehicle in front of the house.

Terrasse privée en bois avec vue dominante. Abri fermé pour les vélos et lieu sécurisé pour motos et casques. Randonnées à pied, à vélo au départ du gite (PR 204). Commerces, services, animations et transports au Chambon /Lignon à 3km, Saint Bonnet le Froid à 24 km, les Estables à 29 km.

Rest and relaxation will be at the rendezvous, only the songs of the birds and the murmur of the river located nearby will accompany you. Hiking, mountain biking, visits to the villages of Haut-Vivarais will occupy your days.

Salle de bain avec grande douche et WC Terrasse privée plein sud Cafetière nespresso, bouilloire à disposition Serviettes de bain, draps et torchon fournis.

Le logement, ancien et propre, possède une entrée indépendante et un coffre à clé ; il est situé attenant à notre habitation principale : vous êtes 100% autonomes (mais nous sommes disponibles en cas de question) !

House with lots of charm while retaining a character that leaves no one indifferent. My home is located in the LIVRADOIS FOREZ REGIONAL PARK - The forest is very present on the various hiking trails. The "Le Doulon" river runs through the property. This "little paradise" is the term most frequently used by our guests and it is true that it corresponds well to this place that is dear to us.
