Proche de Peaugres et du village gourmand St Bonnet le Froid.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The swimming pool (from 01/5 to 01/10) and the outdoor jacuzzi (but covered) are at your disposal within the defined hours for €15/day (to be paid at the time of booking the accommodation following the hasty departure of dishonest people) due to the cost of energy. Numerous activities within a radius of 25 km (equipped lake, mountain biking, castle, Himalayan footbridge etc...). Possibility to rent quality mountain bikes on site.

Located near A72 highway (1 km), tramway (300 m) and north hosptial (1,5 km). Very quiet street and easy parking. Possibility of patio use and lunch/diner on the deck with private use of swimming pool (to discuss). Ideally : 4 people, possible : 5. English discussion with owner.

This charming detached house, with a terrace and a swimming pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the Grandes Écoles, as well as the convention center. Fully equipped, it offers a comfortable bed for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For information, the access staircase to the bedroom is a little steep. No festive events are allowed

In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. Large heated pool ( from mid or late May when weather permits and until September 25th)(and shared) and spa, boules and football field. Can't wait to meet!!!

We don't accept single-night bookings. If you wish to postpone your departure time to 5:00 p.m., we will ask for a financial contribution corresponding to 50% of the nightly rate.
