Located in the village of Prades, between 2 rivers, the Allier and the Seuge (which passes in front of the house), at the exit of the gorges of the Allier, on the GR470. The duplex apartment occupies the 1st and top floor of an Auvergne house. Accommodating up to 10 people, access is via the private terrace (20 m2), facing south/west, with a direct entrance to the fully equipped kitchen. The living room as well as the bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor.

My place is close to the city center, you'll love it because of the comfort (bed with memory foam mattress in the master bedroom), the location, and the view. My place is good for families (with kids), it is bordered by a river conducive to rest and a large terrace partly shaded. Recently the gîte has been equipped with a 4-5 person private sauna in the gîte, as well as a spa bath. We live next to the gîte and are available without being intrusive.
