Proche de Peaugres et du village gourmand St Bonnet le Froid.

Pour les vacances ou pour le travail, studio cosy jusqu'à 2 adultes + 1 personne + de 14 ans, dans un cadre exceptionnel en pleine nature au coeur des Gorges de la Loire proche du Puy en Velay et Lyon. Cuisine équipée, sdb, 1 lit 2 pl, 1 fauteuil lit 1 pl, tv, bureau, wifi (fibre), terrasse extérieure. Gd parc arboré accès direct au ponton privé, piscine, mise à disposition de deux paddles et un kayak. Un jacuzzi disponible du 15/05 au 15/09 avec 1 séance offerte pour 4 nuits !

The swimming pool (from 01/5 to 01/10) and the outdoor jacuzzi (but covered) are at your disposal within the defined hours for €15/day (to be paid at the time of booking the accommodation following the hasty departure of dishonest people) due to the cost of energy. Numerous activities within a radius of 25 km (equipped lake, mountain biking, castle, Himalayan footbridge etc...). Possibility to rent quality mountain bikes on site.

This charming detached house, with a terrace and a swimming pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the Grandes Écoles, as well as the convention center. Fully equipped, it offers a comfortable bed for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For information, the access staircase to the bedroom is a little steep. No festive events are allowed

This unique place is close to all the sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the departures of Santiago de Compostela and Stevenson. In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. Large heated pool ( from mid or late May when weather permits and until September 25th)(and shared) and spa, boules and football field. Can't wait to meet!!!

Ideally located, 15 minutes from Puy en Velay (Unesco classified), and 15 minutes from the Mezenc ski area. 18-hole golf course 1 km away Interior of the house is neat, with all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay. from summer 2021, baby gate with secure curtain.

We don't accept single-night bookings. If you wish to postpone your departure time to 5:00 p.m., we will ask for a financial contribution corresponding to 50% of the nightly rate.
