Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

La Grange

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A former family barn, completely renovated and equipped! (Fiber internet) located in Flamanville, on the passage of the customs trail for sports and nature lovers. Near this accommodation, less than 1 km away, you will find a small food store, bakery, hairdresser, bank, post office. Dielette beach and its marina are 2 km away, and the beautiful Sciotot beach is 4 km away 1 km from the EDF power station.

Independent house not overlooked, completely renovated. Bright, with views of the Anse de Sciotot it is located 300m from the beach. It has a terrace with garden furniture and bbq. Our small family has been living in Mayotte for 6 years. We are delighted to entrust you with our house to Le Rozel. It will allow you to spend good times with your loved ones, like us. Located in the countryside, the cows will greet you from the nearby field. You can enjoy the beach of Rozel, located 2 steps away. This beach is well-known by surfers, so "to your surfs and bodyboards"! As we say here in Mayotte: "Caribou" ( welcome!)

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Beachfront house – Sciotot Beach

You've come to the right place if you want to connect with the sea and nature in a magical region, Cotentin. Marie-Line's house: It is an "atypical island house" 500 m from Sciotot beach, with a breathtaking full west view to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and a large furnished terrace.
