Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Leadville North

My friends and I were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay at this incredible mountain escape. Location is incredible. You’re right in the midst of the mountains, close to gorgeous hiking trails and amazing restaurants (try JR’s Pizza Place), but far enough off the beaten path to feel completely isolated when you return to the home. We honestly could have spent the entire trip at the house, enjoying the private disc golf hole, watching the moose and elk wander the property, and basking in the biggest hot tub mankind has ever seen. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and Joey was extremely prompt in communicating with me anytime I needed him. I cannot wait to stay here again.

You can't miss the wonderful view that surrounds this cozy house! Between snowy mountains, sun, rain, a jacuzzi, and a sauna we spent some wonderful, relaxing days. I highly recommend it. It has plenty of space, is clean, and Zachary responds quickly. Very good service!!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Very cute place. Well stocked. Great location (easy walk to downtown). And Stephanie had fantastic communication before we even arrived. She told us all the great restaurants to try out and all the hot spots to hit. Great experience staying here.

Very nice place! Very quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was great. Cory even offered early check in as the circumstances allowed for it. Great accommodations and couldn’t have been easier with the instruction manuals you have at the house. Again great time, great place!

Fantastic home! Brand new build, extremely nice and comfortable inside. Very modern with high end amenities and build throughout. Kitchen with everything you need and might even have nicer versions of things than you have at home. Beds super comfortable. Tons of natural light. Great location right at the edge of town but not far from anything, easy to find, beautiful trees all about. Host super responsive even to our last-minute request. Truly a gem.

The place seems recently renovated, it has the new feeling and look. Very nicely decorated, made us feel right at home. 5 minutes away from downtwon Leadville and 20 minutes from SkiCooper. Amazing place overall!

Great place to stay!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay at! This is a perfect spot to come back home to after a fun day exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area.

Fantastic stay with Katy - we came to do some fly fishing and she gave me a book of Colorado's best fishing spots as soon as we checked in!! She was awesome, place was immaculate, and right on the Eagle. Will return!

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

Nice location near the I 70 ski resorts. Big enough for 2 people but probably not too much more.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Felt right at home and beds were so comfortable. Location was great, just right off I-70 and about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride from Vail town. We enjoyed the Gore Creek trail that is just right outside the apartment that goes all the way to Vail town, then took a free bus back to East Vail where the apartment is located (the bus stop is right across the apartment). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vail.

Check-in was a breeze! The home was spotless, in a beautiful location, and just minutes from Main Street. We’d definitely stay here again!

Emily was very helpful with our last minute reservation, and gave us all the information and instructions we needed to make everything go smoothly! Emily checked in with us throughout our stay and made sure we felt right at home!

Enjoyed our stay at Trails End so much. Nice clean and cozy place that we could walk to Main Street Breck easily for shopping or dining. Alec was great with communication even after we booked letting us know the hot tubs wouldn’t be working in the off season and also went above and beyond gifting us a credit to go use the local indoor pool that our kids enjoyed. Would come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and Jarrett hosting. It was cozy and relaxing after full days of activity. The condo is located in reasonable distance to hiking, white water rafting, kayaking and Breckenridge Village. Hope to come back soon.

Exceptional. From the communication to the cleanliness, accuracy, comfort, ease of arrival and departure I cannot say enough good things about this place. Bed and pull out beds are very comfortable with plenty of linens provided, bathrooms are stocked and clean, same with the kitchen. Great views. Location is perfect for a short stroll to town, walking/biking paths and plenty of other fun things to do and great food/coffee/drinks. We would definitely book this place or one of his other places. Tony’s place was great for my weeklong ski trip. The location is unbeatable, it’s within a short walking distance to the gondola and Main st. The free bus system is also very easy to use (there’s a stop right out front) and you can ski-in from the 4 o’clock run across the street. The unit is clean and exactly as pictured with a fully stocked kitchen. Easy check in/out and front desk staff were always kind. Tony was very responsive and incredibly accommodating! I’d stay here again.
