Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lecce

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

This place was so lovely and Jacopo was extremely responsive and very friendly. The place was perfectly located and very spacious!

Iacopo was the best host I have experienced on Airbnb He'd thought of everything, every little detail was catered for. He explained everything clearly at check in and have left some thoughtful welcome amenities. The house is in the middle of the beautiful historic centre. I couldn't recommend this highly enough

Séjour de 3 nuits effectué dans cet appartement. Les photos et description de l’annonce sont conformes à la réalité. Le logement est confortable et suffisamment grand. La décoration a du cachet et s’adapte bien au lieu. La localisation est idéale puisque à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Lecce et au cœur de la ville (nous n’avions pas de voiture). Rien à redire sur la propreté. Merci à Fabio de nous avoir donné toutes les instructions et pour avoir faciliter un early Check in. Deux petites remarques : prévoir peut-être un peu plus d’équipements dans la cuisine & un tancarville plus grand pour étendre le linge. Certains commentaires mentionnent les nuisances sonores, effectivement elles sont « notables » mais elles ne nous ont pas du tout gênées lors de notre séjour puisque assez lointaines et n’ont pas duré si tard. Belle adresse !

Wonderful location in a lovely town. We could not fault this well appointed haven after travelling almost 30 hours from the bottom half of the world. Mario gave v good advice on car parking - a tricky issue we had anxiety about. The cream on the cake was the courtyard in the mild Spring sunshine. In the centre of things - but with the bonus of a private outdoor space. Some music from down in the street on a Friday night but really recommended without hesitation.

A wonderful four night stay in the historic centre of Lecce. The apartment/house was larger than expected. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Giorgia was a great host, meeting us early at the apartment so we could store our cases. She provided drinks and breakfast food. All those little extras make for a special stay. I highly recommend a stay at Giorgia’s house.

Le logement est parfait pour deux personnes, très propre, tout comme la literie, les serviettes etc. Il y a tout pour cuisiner et la salle de bain à été rénovée récemment. Il y a amplement d’eau chaude et un bon débit dans la douche. Emilia répond très rapidement et elle est très sympatique! L’emplacement est parfait, au cœur de l’action et pleins de restaurants en ouvrant la porte! Mais le “highlight” est assurément le Rooftop, tellement bien aménagé et magnifique avec toutes les plantes et les fleurs! Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur le balcon le matin avec notre café et après nos longues journées de visites et activités à l’heure de l’apéro 🌸🇨🇮

Davide was super responsive and friendly, we enjoyed our stay the apartment is full of details and clean. We arrive later than plan he was super flexible on the check-in.

Christina and Gianni were absolutely excellent hosts. Super friendly and even picked me up from the train station! Gave me lots of local recommendations for restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this apartment, basic but has all the necessities at a good price. Breakfast included in the price is at the cafe over the road, delicious pastries!! Short walk into centre of Lecce, far enough away for some piece and quiet. Thank you!

We had a great time here for three days. It's a great location right in the centre of the predestrianised old town. The apartment and the building it's in are lovely. Lecce was a great base trip explore Puglia from. Francesca was really helpful. Note that if you've got a car then you'll need to park a few minutes walk away - we parked at the closest one which was 25 euros a day - there might be cheaper or free places a bit further out.

La maison proposée par Valentina est superbe et idéalement située au cœur de la vieille ville de Lecce. Elle a été décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin, créant une atmosphère à la fois charmante et reposante. Parfaitement équipée, fraîche et confortable, elle convient parfaitement pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Valentina nous a accueillis avec une grande chaleur et une grande flexibilité, facilitant notre arrivée et notre installation. Toujours disponible par message, elle nous a également réservé de délicates attentions de bienvenue qui nous ont immédiatement fait sentir chez nous. Nous remercions sincèrement Valentina pour son attention, sa bienveillance et son accompagnement exemplaire tout au long de notre séjour.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

We contacted Anna Maria at short notice after another booking fell through. She responded right away and got the apartment ready for us so quickly. It was a lifesaver. Anna Maria and her husband were so friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay! The apartment is really lovely - modern with all comforts. Everything was very clean and quiet. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the historical centre of Lecce and close to some great restaurants. We took our kids and they loved it too. Thank you so much Anna Maria! Lecce is a beautiful city, and this huge place in the heart of it was a wonderful spot for our family to stay. High ceilings, charming garden (and kitties!), period kitchen (updated with modern conveniences), beautiful mosaic floors - lots of old world charm!

Elide’s apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Lecce. Easy to access and offering secure, off-street parking. It’s much bigger and much more elegant than the photos suggest: a well-equipped, very useful kitchen; nice dining room, huge lounge room and two huge bedrooms (oh, and 2 balconies). Seriously good value and a perfect location, just 5-10 mins walk and you are right in the heart of the beautiful historic centre, but, equally, just 5 mins drive and you are out in the countryside for day trips to Otranto etc. A fantastic experience in every respect.

Alessia was very communicative from the beginning. Both through text and through the Airbnb app. She allowed us to check out a bit later, which was great since we had luggage we needed to take to our car. One recommendation would be to tell guests coming from other places other than Europe that the apt is in the second floor, not the first floor.

My wife and I just had an absolutely delightful 1-night stay in this ground floor apartment in the Old Town. Alberto was welcoming & helpful and assisted us with access remotely which was very straightforward. The apartment is very smart & immaculately clean. It’s in a really quiet area of the Old Town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we didn’t need to use any air-conditioning in mid-May. The walk-in shower was a delight. There’s just enough kitchen cooking equipment & cutlery for a couple. Parking is outside the Old Town; we found a car park within 3-mins walk to the apartment. Alberto’s tip to download the EasyPark app was absolutely great; it was so easy to pay for the cheap parking and also start a new session the next day from our apartment. There’s a washing machine (washer-dryer) in the apartment which is chargeable at an additional €5. We highly recommend this property for a perfect stay.

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Liebevoll renoviertes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement am Rande der Altstadt von Lecce, optimal gelegen, um zu Fuß die Stadt oder mit dem Auto die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es war alles vorhanden, problemloser Self-Check in über Schlüsselbox. Maria ist schnell erreichbar und gibt ggf. sinnvolle Tipps. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, danke Maria!
