Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Carol's house is absolutely Gorgeous! The Hardwood floors and wood staircase are so Beautiful and Elegant! The house was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The back yard alone makes this location an ideal place to stay! The overall experience was great. Unfortunately, not having a television anywhere in the home was very disappointing and not being able to utilize that fabulous backyard was also not good. Having at least one television somewhere in the home would have been ideal. Also would have loved to have some Patio furniture to sit out and enjoy that beautiful backyard view! Overall, we enjoyed our stay but perhaps a television and some Patio furniture for future guests. Most definitely needs a television.
