The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Enjoy the nature view and private swimming area.

Our cozy, separate guesthouse offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It has a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and an open living and kitchen area. Outside there is a parking space for two cars, including carport. Ideal for quiet rest with all amenities! For a stay, an additional fee for the municipality will be charged in the amount of €2.00.

We like to have a nice home and enjoy it. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special refuge to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀.
