Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

A particularly cozy and relaxed guest house with a very large veranda + covered private jacuzzi (available all year) The cottage has a lovely lounge sofa that is also a 2prs bed and a bunk bed. A complete kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The cottage is located in the owner's backyard, with private entrance and plenty of privacy! Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is rustig gelegen maar wel midden in het centrum van Leiden (oude stad) en biedt plaats aan max. 2 personen. Het ligt in het havengebied, vlakbij de passantenhaven, gezellige horeca en stadstuinen en stadsparken. Leiden staat bekend om zijn vele musea, maar zeker ook om het rijke watersportgebied in de omgeving, de prachtige grachten in en om de oude stad, de historische panden en de sfeer die een universiteitsstad met zich meebrengt.

A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. Shops, restaurants, museums and theaters are in walking distance.

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike
