The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Restaurants and shopping are within a radius of about 300 meters. The property is particularly suitable for cyclists (with and without a motor), visitors to our spa clinics, but of course also as a starting point for hikes, climbing tours and a visit to the spa and family pool "Tabbs."

For tourist stays, the municipality charges a spa fee.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey residential building, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor area of approx. 90 m². The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also the possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.
