Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Walk along the bird breeding area, cycle in the area, golf in Westwoud or explore VOC harbor towns Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Bus stop and parking in front of the door. 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Cozy restaurant 100 m away. We arrange breakfast on the 1st day!

On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Hanzekop 1 House with a view of the IJsselmeer-NL

Tastefully furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace and view over the IJsselmeer. Note when booking: The annual Stavers party will take place on the nearby grounds, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the fishing days of Stavoren will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Our modern and comfortably furnished vacation home is located on the Slotermeer and within walking distance of the picturesque town of Balk. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious garden and has enough space for 6 people. The house is located on a small holiday park with 18 houses. At 50 meters is a sandy beach and the cozy beach pavilion "Badmeester Keimpe" with a super terrace. The marina and the boat rental are at 100 meters away.
