Perfect spot right across from Sarasota Beach! Quiet, very clean, great pool, and very responsive host! We loved our stay and have favorited Vanessa as a host so we can check out her properties when we come back. Highly recommend this host and property for your trip to Siesta Key.

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect flat in a perfect location. From booking to checking out communication was great. The flat was just as described, nice and clean and was very well kitted out with everything we might need. It was nice to have a washer in the building to rinse all our salty swim suits after a day of boating. Throughly enjoyed our stay in Boca Grande.

Marina was very accommodating and friendly. The house was great and had everything we needed for a beach trip! This was my second time staying at this house, and I had a great experience both times.

There were 4 of us adults and one child 12 years old. we spent our vacation in this beautiful house from June 8 to 14.briefly about the house inside, everything was very clean all the towels smelled clean and looked like new. the bedding was of good quality and everyone was comfortable sleeping. every room and bathroom had a nice smell. the kitchen has everything you need and everything is of good quality. The backyard also liked to eat barbecue and comfortable furniture. Separate plus for a refrigerator outside is very convenient. to walk to the beach for about a minute. Melissa's place is super clean and comfortable! This is my second time staying there! The pool is clean and awesome for a cool down. The master shower is great! the bed is comfy as well, and the kitchen is properly stocked with the necessary pots, pans, silverware, etc in good condition.

First and foremost, Nick and Brenda were great hosts that were responsive and helpful during my stay. Their place was beautiful and was also conveniently located close to the beach and town. I can’t thank them enough for being such great and flexible hosts.

The home has updated appliances and an excellent washer and dryer, which really helps on a beach vacation. They have a lot of extras that come in handy and the host does what they can to assist you. There are three nice tvs in the home and two wonderful bathrooms. It has a huge porch and bikes to ride around in with helmets. It was a quiet peaceful place and the home is solid and well constructed and decorated. It is also@huge plus to have a garage to keep your car cool. The Englewood area is safe and the customer service in the area is outstanding and friendly. The place was well cleaned and you should feel absolutely confident staying here. The beds are comfortable and it has nice air conditioning. It is a short drive to the beach and good fishing in the area. I miss it already and it’s only been one day. You will feel right at home. Absolutely stunning! This is a super clean, functional, newly renovated, waterfront property. We would have loved to extend our stay and enjoy the home even longer. The neighbors were friendly and the street was very quiet. We traveled with our dog and it was very accommodating. Thanks again for hosting us, we’ll be back.

What a perfect little getaway! This was our first time ever coming to Englewood/Manasota Key and we’re already planning our next trip back. My husband and I love to look for sharks teeth and we found a little over 1600 in our 6 day stay!! Stephanie thank you again so so much for everything and for opening your home to us! Very easy check in/out. Extremely clean and such a sweet host who thought of everything to make our stay cozy and content! Variety of board games, tons of beach supplies available for guest to enjoy, and the drink tumbler souvenirs were such a nice and thoughtful gift. We cannot wait to be back! :)

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

My daughter and I stayed for a mother daughter girls trip and had a blast! They made sure to take care of every little detail to make you feel comfortable and at home. Even checking in and making sure we made it ok. It was very clean and the location was amazing. Easy to get around on the trolly if we didn't want to drive and literally steps away from the beautiful white sand and clear turquoise beach. Do yourself a favor and book the trip!

Great place looked exactly like the listing, well appointed kitchen! Good location near many amenities. Only thing that would have made it better if there were beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach.
