We had a great time at the Villas. This neighborhood is very peaceful and has all you need. We enjoyed being able to go to the pool and hot tub. The location is perfect - close to the beach and restaurants. Bea was quick to communicate and was helpful. Will be coming back.

We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

Location was perfectly located to all that we needed on our trip. Being on the river makes for a very nice backdrop.

The unit is centrally located with restaurants all around you. Easy access and great for multiply guests. Units are brand new remodeled and very clean.

We felt right at home during our stay at Danene’s beautiful condo! It was well equipped with things you need for an extended stay. The pictures on her listing are exactly as posted. No clutter and beautifully decorated. We felt safe walking everyday around the community and everyone was so friendly. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area and used it almost every day. The location was only a 10 minute drive from a great shopping area. We are new to being snowbirds and spent 45 days at this condo and will definitely look at going back again. A great place to stay to explore this beautiful side of Florida!

Fabulous! The beach is across the street and there are beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, noodles,cooler, wagon,etc. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the Lanai is stunning .The Village is a mile away with lots of fun bars and restaurants . We loved this place!

Richard’s place was wonderful. We felt like it was home. Beds were comfortable, main bathroom was awesome. Easy to walk to the beach. Looking forward to visiting again.

Nicole’s place was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space (3 bedrooms) and the condo was well equipped with essentials like shower soaps, kitchen items, and even some board games for downtime when it’s rainy. The condo and property were beautiful and quiet, but also loaded with plenty of amenities. We spent tons of time at the pool when we weren’t exploring or spending time at the beach. Definitely a hidden gem on Airbnb! We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to be back!

Jim's condo was absolutely perfect for our family to have some beach time. Beach access is a breeze, chair service is elite, and the pickleball and tennis courts were an extra treat for us. We loved this location on beautiful Siesta Key.

Brenda’s place was just as listed. Great location, clean, great space to call home for the week. Within walking or short drive to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walk to the beach was easy especially with all the beach supplies in the condo. Brenda was also very responsive when I reached out with clarifying questions.

Super clean, quiet, comfy bed. We enjoyed the bayside pool. Nice views. Palm Bay club nice benefit as after a short walk over to the beach we enjoyed the chaises delivered and set up close to the water and hole drilled for our beach umbrella. Amazing sand is not over rated. Warm gulf waters and easy entry and exit. Breeze Trolley with their app made getting around without driving convenient . Lots of fun food and shops minutes away. This bayside spot a was a delight.

This was an amazing condo for our family trip! Pictures and listing were very accurate and it was so lucky to find a property on Siesta Key that was actually on the beach. We would absolutely stay here again! The beach is stunning and the two pools are wonderfully maintained Some things worth mentioning (they are disclosed in the listing) - you must provide your own beach/pool towels but there are plenty of shopping options nearby - beach chairs are free and located once you get down to the beach - for a fee, you can reserve/rent an umbrella and have it set up for you during your stay. The guys are out there early (7-7:30am) but then come in around lunch time so if you want an umbrella, I suggest going out in the morning to get it setup - dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap are provided but you’ll need to purchase everything else (salt/pepper, spices, oil, ziplocks, shampoo/conditioner, etc). Super central location and very secure property! Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

We truly enjoyed our time in Siesta Key. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! The location was great. The beach was beautiful. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Jennifer was very quick to reply with any information requested, and she gave us some great local recommendations. Check in and check out were very easy. It was a great experience!

Fantastic vacation! We flew in and this condo had everything we needed. I typically like to stay right on the beach, but the short walk was nice and well worth it. Beautiful private beach!!! Every recommendation was a home run. Thanks again.

We were able to rent all four units with a group of four families. It was PERFECT for us! Everyone had their own “space” but the shared courtyard and pools allowed a place to gather. Walking distance to captain curts etc, close to beach. Provided beach towels and beach gear were great. We also brought our four legged family member, always a plus! Would definitely stay here again!!

We were visiting family in Sarasota and the location was great. The house was very clean and really met our family’s needs. Short drive to the beach and we enjoyed the pool spa. Had a very enjoyable trip. Would stay at the house again.

The patio/pool area is second to none. Peaceful, pretty, private. Enjoyed the house a lot.

This rental was incredible for our group- officials from different areas across the country working together over the weekend. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was great for making meals and the spa perfect after some long days of working. Kendry was over accommodating with our group and we were grateful for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sarasota home! The house was spotless when we arrived—everything felt clean, fresh, and well taken care of. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy, which made our trip so comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool! We spent so much time relaxing and having fun out there—it really made our vacation feel extra special. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Overall, this home had everything we needed and more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sarasota!

Nice and clean house. Very quiet area. Grocery is close. I was very satisfied. Anthony is very communicative and caring. Whatever you need, Anthony respond almost immediately.

We very much enjoyed Jeff’s Condo and shared it with some of our adult children. Had some issues with the TV’s at first and he worked on getting it right on his end till it was resolved, very thankful for that. Was also very comfortable for our little Yokie-Poo!!!! Great place!! Thanks Jeff
