Holiday rentals with lake access in Lenno

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Laura and Luciano were very attentive, upon arrival we were given lots of useful information on local activities and places to visit within the time we had. Went above and beyond to provide us with timings for certain buses and trains. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described if not better! Can’t think of anything negative, if I return to Bellagio I would definitely stay again. Thank you !

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Very well stocked home with responsive host. Excellent area close to the Greenway and many attractions, probably was the best place on the lake for stand up paddling in the island channel. great views from the living room (rental nearby). Air conditioning worked well and lower level bedrooms are cooler - just wouldn't recommend for someone who would have difficulty with steep stairs.

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

I honestly don’t think I could recommend this place more if I could. From the amazing communication with Emi, the extremely clean and well looked after property to the VIEWS… it was just perfect! I cannot express how incredible the views are from this property, we kept saying it just doesn’t look real, this is certainly the place to go! Emi was also so helpful and lovely, she was able to get all our reservations even though I left it so last minute, she was also at hand when we needed help or guidance, she just made the whole experience so smooth it really made our experience that much better. I thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime!

Fantastique séjour ! Hôtes très accueillant. Nous sommes arrivés très tard dû à des problèmes de tunnel...et ils étaient présent pour nous accueillir et tout nous expliquer ! Encore merci ! De très bon conseils pour les parkings alentour et les visites. Un parking sur place très pratique. Et que dire de la vue... j'aurais pu rester juste sur le balcon tout le séjour. Si des amis veulent venir a Côme je donnerais cette adresse ! A faire: début du green way lago au pied de l'appartement. Petit café plus bas pour le petit dej (le croissant pistache ❤️). Bus (attention au bouchons!!!!) et ferry tout à côté ! Il y a en effet la route (comme beaucoup de lieu autour du lac) mais la vue fait tout oublier !!

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

Alice was a wonderful host. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing few days by the lake. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to that every morning felt like a dream. Alice was kind, responsive, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Her local tips were also spot-on and helped me make the most of my time in the area. I’d definitely come back and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Lake Como.

It was a great stay, there were bugs that would fly in at night somehow and stick to the ceiling but other then that it was comfortable.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Blue Boat Apartment! Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Silvia und Gigi haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Wir werden die Aussicht und den Flair sehr vermissen. This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Menaggio w a super kind host. The place was gorgeous w an incredible view, beautifully renovated w all amenities. They even helped us w our bags and let us check in early. Would def come back again.

This was a fabulous spot to stay on Lake Como. We couldn’t have picked better. It was such a luxury having the garden and being able to swim privately in the lake every morning and afternoon. Once we parked the car we didn’t need to use it again as the place is bang in the walkable centre of all we wanted to see. The first day we walked 15 mins north to Tremezzo where we got the ferry over to Bellagio (which we found heavily touristic but our teens enjoyed all the shops) and we enjoyed the gardens of Villa Melzi . The second day we walked 15 mins south to lovely Lenno - so pretty the waterside promenade and Villa Balbianello. The third day to Tremezzo and Villla Carlotta - lots of Villas! If we didn’t have our teens with us we would have had cocktails in the grand hotel in Tremezzo and we also would have eaten at the lovely restaurant in Azzano (looked like a real foodies haven). The house had such character and was tucked quietly away from the main road. And the views - incredible!

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.

What an AMAZING stay! The cottage is exactly as described and pictured, but the pictures on the listing simply don't do justice to the true beauty and views you will experience here! We spent 3 days here after a cruise and it was the perfect location to unwind and slow down! We enjoyed sitting on the terrace as the best part of our trip to Lake Como! Sara is incredibly helpful and gave us some recommendations even before we arrived! And you MUST make the short walk down the hill to Riverside Snackbar (her family restaurant!) to eat and take in the views! The cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. Perfectly located outside of Bellagio and the crowds. Close to a local market. Yet still close enough to go into Bellagio and ferry around to other villages for the day! We hope to get to return someday as this may have become our favorite place in the world!!
