Ideal for business ladies and men (area Bielefeld, Herford, Gütersloh), three (3) km distance from next highway (Autobahn) entry/exit. Washing machine in basement available. Rental inkl. all additional costs 30,00 EUR per person/daily, minimum two (2) persons. The third person, etc. pays 15,00 EUR/daily. Kids till 12 year old are free.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck usw. W-Lan ist verfügbar. Der Bahnhof Oerlinghausen, Geschäfte, Apotheke, Tankstelle, Bäckerein, Bank etc. sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Bielefeld Innenstadt, Herford, Bad Salzuflen sind innerhalb von 15 min erreichbar. Zur A2 sind es ca. 5 min und zur A33 ca. 10 min. Autofahrt.

Stylish loft with terrace in the center The loft was completed in the spring of 2019. Located in a traffic-calmed area and yet very central. The loft has been furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers a nice feel-good atmosphere. Location: 6 minutes by car to the city center Highway - 5 minutes 6 minutes by S-Bahn to the city center/main train station. The stop is a 5-minute walk away. 3-minute walk to the supermarket

Vacation home near open-air museum

The apartment (80 square meters) is on the ground floor, in a quiet residential area. The open-air museum is very close. Free parking is available on the property. A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. The possibility to charge the battery exists there. The highway (A33, A2) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
