The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. You can walk to shops/restaurants/bars in 5 min. Enjoy and relax during your stay!

On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

In the double bedroom with an additional sink, you can enjoy the view from the balcony over wide meadows to the Wank. The 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds; the kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy dining area.
