Amazing place, great location, clean and spacious bedrooms! 10/10

The Host Marie is a very fine, polite, welcoming woman and has a very empathetic and pleasant way of relating to people. The villa, dating back to the early twentieth century, has been renovated in the "belle epoque" style with excellent aesthetic taste and solutions suitable for the style of the property, which also make it well organized and very functional. He is gradually arranging the green park and garden of the Villa, which is very large. The Villa will therefore become increasingly enchanting, well-kept, elegant and attractive. The location therefore deserves the most flattering judgment and a very high overall rating!

Everything is super good, the room is very thoughtful with water and plenty of coffee and tea, very thoughtful. Cons: The toilet flushing is not good, the sofa bed is not easy to operate, or maybe I didn't find the trick.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

This apartment might have been one of our favorite things in our 3 week Family Europe trip. Nestled on a side street of Cannes, it is super close to all the action. The street below is bustling, but the sleeping is peaceful since the rooms are located in the rear of the floor plan. It was SO well laid out and decorated, I want K to come design my own home! K and her husband hosted us like family, making sure all of our comforts were met. This place is reason enough to come enjoy the South of France. Merci!!!

Christophe’s apartment was perfect for our stay. I was a bit surprised there was only one toilet even though there were two walk in showers but it wasn’t a problem at all for two people. The living space was so spacious, both indoors and outdoors. The wrap around terrace provided gorgeous panoramic views of the water and the city. Really special place and would stay again if back to Cannes.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

This flat has amazing views from the terrace along with the historic charm of antique floors, walls, and beam ceilings. I would not only stay here again, I would love to live here.

We had a wonderful stay in this stunning, fully renovated home. Everything is thought out for comfort: the spaces are spacious, the decoration is of very good taste, and you immediately feel good there. Special mention for the kitchen, really very well equipped, and the bedding, super comfortable! The heated pool is a real plus, especially at the beginning of the season. A big thank you to Lucie and Olivier for their warm welcome and availability throughout the stay. They were able to answer all our questions with kindness and responsiveness. We leave delighted, with the desire to come back soon!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

We had a perfect holiday, the house has a beautiful sea view balcony, and we had a family dinner on the balcony at night, it was so wonderful

WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
