Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, there is everything you need. It has an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the very pleasant lake esplanade, Aix les bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will certainly come back to see you.

House close to ski slopes. Peaceful place. Large parking place in front of the property. Violet is a very nice, warm , friendly, responsive host. You can taste its honey, it's excellent. The house is spacious, very well equipped. It is up to standard for children. Comfortable. There are even extra amenities, not mentioned in the description. You can book with no problem!

The accommodation is perfectly located, close to Chamrousse ski resorts and amenities, we had a very nice week!

We spent 4 perfect days, with a great view from the garden that allowed 6 people to come with a dog. Jean-Luc and Christina welcomed us very well and are very friendly, I recommend for a quiet stay near Aix-les-Bains

We had a great stay at Gayles place for our group skiing holiday. The house was perfect for a stay with friends with children and the location was ideal just a few minutes walk from the gondola. The house had everything we needed and the welcome treats were a nice touch. We would definitly stay again - Thank you Gayle! 😊

We had a great stay in the Annecy area, the house was perfectly as described, very warm, functional and spacious, ideal for a group. We were able to cook, play games, use the barbecue and enjoy the outdoors! Sylvain was very attentive and available throughout our exchanges, before and during the stay to advise and guide us as best as possible! Thank you also for the flexibility for the arrival and departure from the house, we really appreciated it. We recommend it unreservedly:)

Very nice house. We were a family with 3 couples and 2 small children. The house is suitable for children, many games and books available for children and adults. Very large kitchen, and pleasant for everyone to eat without being crowded. Beautiful terrace with mountain view, swimming pool, ping pong table, plancha available. Special mention for the host who was very responsive. You just have to be careful when driving back, maneuver to park in the parking lot (indication given before our arrival).

An absolutely fantastic holiday in a beautiful chalet in a beautiful area. The chalet was perfectly equipped for a large group and Elodie and Julian were easily contactable and responsive when we had questions. It is outside the main town of Champagny - but there is a shuttle service which takes you straight to the lift and Champagny links to La Plagne and Les Arc ski areas. In the plus side of being outside the main town - the small hamlet we were in was quiet and picturesque - a really relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend!

The welcome given to us by our hosts was excellent, this chalet is very comfortable and ideally located to discover the beautiful Oisans region.

Weekend with friends , beautiful chalet in a green setting. Hike, bike , the place is great , and the Nordic bath to then relax at the top. We'll be back as a family for a future stay .

We all enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful, especially the space afforded both inside and out. Chrystele was a very good host and everything went well. Not sure what more I can say. We would definitely return.

We recommend this listing for a quiet vacation! This accommodation is very well equipped: swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, foosball, pool buoy, board games, plancha, bbq etc. Communication with Pierre-Yves and Huguette was easy and they sent us several explanatory videos on: arrival, use of the accommodation's amenities... etc. Which was very much appreciated! The welcome (but also the departure) is very warm: breakfast and drinks for the first aperitif were waiting for us upon arrival. We also needed a 2nd baby bed, and Pierre-Yves and Huguette made sure to provide us with one. Thank you! We had to move our departure forward and our hosts kindly made themselves available to be present.

The house is well-equipped, perfect location with the lake a few minutes walk. Breathtaking views of the mountains from the pool!

The rental went very well. The accommodation was functional, spacious and well arranged. The pool is very nice and the possibility of barbecuing is a real plus. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We had a great time in St Hilaire!! the house has a great view and is ideal for a stay with others. The bedding is very comfortable, the terrace is very nice, the bathrooms are clean and the kitchen is very functional. The big plus: the great pool!!! The highlights are without hesitation: the terrace with a top view, the large pool, and Eric's welcome! The surrounding landscapes are beautiful. Many hikes and activities to do on the heights of Chamrousse (15 min drive from the house). We had a great time at this house. Thanks again Eric!
