Independent furnished studio of 18 m², located in the courtyard of a private house with terrace and access to the summer swimming pool in the Balzac district. Air-conditioned accommodation. It is located 10 min by bike from the city center/200 m from the Farcy Tramway station. Close to many shops, the St Nicolas pond in Balzac Park and Lake Maine. Located 5 km from Terra Botanica You will find (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, basic products...) For our guests, we apply the disinfection rules.

La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Le gîte qui bénéficie de son entrée indépendante avec accès direct aux espaces extérieurs du clos ainsi qu'à la piscine partagée, chauffée (en saison), allie le charme de l'ancien et le confort du moderne, vous y trouverez une pièce de vie lumineuse avec cuisine ouverte ainsi qu'une chambre avec un grand lit double (180x200) ouverte sur sa salle de douche.

TVs in bedroom and living room, Wi-Fi. Outdoor terrace, private swimming pool, covered and heated from 04/04 to 10/17 open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., see more on request. Perfect location to discover the Loire Valley castles. Please note! A young Malinois dog, very affectionate, is present on the property.

Que ce soit en couple ou en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) vous pourrez profiter de la piscine couverte chauffée de Mai à mi Octobre, ainsi que du jacuzzi (en option). Nous sommes à 30 min du Zoo de la Flèche et proche d'autres sites touristiques (châteaux, vignobles..)

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
