However, its location is ideal for cycling, hiking, golf and especially skiing, Arcalís is only 15 min away, the Pal gondola is 5 min away and the Funicamp (Granvalira) is 15 min away.

The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. Newly renovated rustic apartment, a 5-minute walk to the El Tarter-Grandvalira cable car. It has a large 60m2 terrace and a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. Accommodation located at 1870m. Tranquility, silence and disconnection. Access by the company with 4x4, buggy or snowmobile. Not suitable for people with low physical fitness. Access to the house is by snowshoe in winter and on foot in summer. The descent is about 10 minutes and the ascent about 25 minutes also on foot with a difference in level of 150 meters. The access to the house is not simple.
