Nickel apartment and rather well located ( 10 minutes by car from eggs to go up to Avoriaz station, 5 minutes by car from downtown Morzine ) Easy access with a place to park, in a peaceful and quiet corner in the middle of the mountains. The accommodation is clean and well equipped, everything is functional Ideal accommodation to enjoy Avoriaz station where Les Gets is reasonably priced, a free shuttle system takes you with regular passages if you do not have a vehicle. Hosts are available by message if needed and responsive, I recommend this listing 👍

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Worked well for us as 2 families staying together. Fabulous balcony, great views ( and a ski race to watch mid stay) comfy seating and beds. Open plan , light and airy with the eaves . Very well equipped kitchen, compact but suited us and we did lots of cooking. 15 minutes and we were in town and ready to ski but a super little shop and a bar 5 minutes away in the other direction. We had a fab stay in this beautiful chalet! Absolutely stunning place, very cozy, lovely living space and kitchen! All bedrooms clean and spacious, responsive rental company. Not a far walk into town but worth it for the quiet peaceful surroundings, and a bus stop very close by. Would definitely recommend for a big group/family stay!

Super nice chalet, we were a big group and we had a great time. Very well located with the shuttle to go to the slopes, supermarket close by and the village has a lot of shops and restaurants! And the house with jacuzzi and sauna was really really great

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Great location in Morzine, close to bus and local restaurants. The rooms were quite small but had everything we needed. The whole place was very modern inside but still retained charm of Morzine. Kitchen living dining was great.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

A great flat - lovely high ceilings and wooden atmosphere

Ghislaine was very accommodating, particularly as the booking was so last minute. The cosy and characterful apartment was very convenient for reaching the restaurants and amenities of Morzine and also getting outwards Avoriaz for higher altitude skiing, with the bus stopping outside the apartment block. I imagine it is also a great place to stay for the summer with the proximity to the beautiful mountains and all they can offer. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

what a beautiful discovery: the resort of Les Gets, on a human scale, is ideal for a family holiday, and Alain's apartment is a real plus, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness......everything is functional, well thought out. I highly recommend it.

This is a lovely apartment in good condition with all the facilities you need for a ski trip. The location is great being either a short walk (10 min) or bus ride from almost outside the front to or into Les Gets. Communication with Sonia is always great being very responsive and amenable.

Clean apartment and in line with the description. Well equipped and sunny. Good bedding. Well arranged with a smart TV. Balcony running the entire length of the apartment. Essential car to get to Morzine. Small mountain village environment. I recommend it. Thank you Eloise.

Loved our stay at the penthouse and exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace and the lovely Malin + Goetz shower amenities. The beds were very comfortable, the hosts extremely communicative / clear, and the apartment was spotless. As described in the listing, the location is a 10-15 minute walk from the lifts up some hills. We opted to leave skis at the ski depot in town, but the hosts also offered driver service which we may consider next time. The bus stop outside that took you straight to the Avoriaz lift was a perk for afternoon returns.
