The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The Blue House of Hatainville

Située à 1km du site protégé des dunes d’Hatainville dans un hameau calme et paisible, cette maison de 87 m2 rénovée avec soin dispose au rez de chaussée d’un grand salon salle à manger, d’une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, toilettes séparée et d’une salle de bain avec une baignoire et douche à l’italienne. Le 1er étage se compose d’une pièce palière avec un bureau et de 2 chambres ainsi qu’un cabinet de toilette avec un lave main. Grande cour de 60m2 exposé sud est.

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.
