The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The house includes a beautiful living space, living room, lounge (with board game), kitchen with 3 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom on the ground floor (a 140 bed), bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs (with 90 bed + 90 pull-out bed and if necessary 140 sofa bed in each bedroom). The house has a garden with swing and trampoline. Linens and towels not provided.
