The villa Le Closeau, 2 steps from the beach, will offer you beautiful moments of family holidays. This spacious house can accommodate 14 people and is set in a magnificent enclosed garden with trees of 3500m2 Set back from the road and surrounded by gardens, the villa is quiet. Located at about 1500m from the beach Les Conches and the surf spots, you can go there by foot or by bike. You will find a grocery shop a few meters away, cafes and restaurants in the street that leads to the beach.

Au cœur de la ville, où tout se fait à pieds, joli logement indépendant entier entièrement rénové pour 2 personnes adultes maximum. Kitchenette équipée, Wc séparés, douche, lit 140 en mezzanine, équipé tout confort, vue piscine accès terrasse. Baignade possible selon saison et météo, piscine chauffée d’avril à septembre et partagée avec nous uniquement qui vivons sur place. Nous privilégions votre tranquillité durant votre séjour 😉 Pas d’enfant possible! Location deux nuits minimum.
