Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Ideally located along the A63, this small cottage is perfect for a stopover or a few quiet days. It consists of a bedroom area with a double bed, a living/dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine etc. Bathroom with shower and toilet, small outdoor terrace overlooking our equestrian farm with its dogs, goats, chickens and of course horses! At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a fuste, a rough wooden structure located at the exit of a small village. It was entirely made by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a plot of land not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it without being overlooked.
