Renovated Landes sheepfold in a typical one-hectare airial, planted with century-old oaks. The house is 10 minutes from the lakes and 20 minutes from the ocean (Mimizan Plage). With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Ideally located along the A63, this small cottage is perfect for a break or a few quiet days. It is composed of a bedroom area with a double bed, a living/dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine etc. A bathroom with shower and toilet, a small outdoor terrace overlooking our equestrian farm with its dogs, goats, chickens and of course horses! Pets welcome, horses included (boxes available at extra cost)
