In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Cozy apartment in the attic of a very well-maintained apartment building. There is a bed and a sofa bed as well as a kitchenette and a large bathroom with shower. Right in front of the house is a parking space for a car. The old town, the castle, the cathedral and the train station are within walking distance. Other excursion destinations such as Lake Geiseltal are quickly accessible by car or by bicycle. A crib and highchair are also available.

We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
