In the immediate vicinity is the city of Bad Dürrenberg, Lützen, Markranstädt, Halle, Merseburg, Leipzig, the city of Leuna and the Leuna works. 5 min to the A9 Bad Dürrenberg ramp 8 min to the A9 Günthersdorf ramp 10 min to the A38 Lützen ramp

Vacation home in Kötzschau

In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
