In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

Casa Alegría - the greenhouse

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €3,50/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.

Surrounded by the most beautiful hiking trails and cross-country ski trails, as well as ski slopes, this property is still easily accessible by car or bus. Nature and ski lovers will get their money's worth here in any season!

Seefelder Plateau-quiet and welcoming apartment

Our apartment (70sqm) is on the 1st floor of the house and has a kitchen, bathroom, anteroom, a bedroom, a living room and a fully covered terrace. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but there is a pull-out sofa in the living room so 4 people can easily live there. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, various coffee machines, etc. and we have very good WiFi.

Modernes Alpen-Studio

It is a newly built studio for two (up to a maximum of four) people, very quiet and located with the best views, as well as with easy access to the cross-country ski trail and hiking trails. In the garden - this may only be used by guests in the main house - there is a sauna, which may be used in winter upon request and at an additional cost. A parking place is available.

The newly built Wilderer Chalets are a holiday home for anyone looking for something special. These unique chalets offer a total capacity for 6 to 8 people each. Surrounded by nature and yet ideally located, the chalets are your luxurious base for sporting excursions in the great outdoors. Liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Kaltenbrunn, 6km vom Ortszentrum Garmisch Partenkirchen entfernt. Loipe ist zu Fuss erreichbar, Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, Parkplatz am Haus. Die Kurtaxe von €3.- pro Person und Tag ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und wird bei Anreise in bar erhoben, dafür gibt es die GaPa Gästekarte mit Vergünstigungen.
