We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Very nice apartment, outskirts in Flaurling, Tyrol

The apartment is located in a quiet outskirts of Flaurling in the middle of the countryside. Garden use (table, chairs, sunbathing lawn, basketball hoop, soccer goal) in the area of the guest apartment. Free parking is available in front of the house. The village of Telfs with a climbing center, year-round ice rink, indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna is only about 4 km away. The nearest ski resorts and the state capital of Innsbruck can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Cozy apartment with kitchen + terrace for 2+1

The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. If you don't want to compromise on comfort even with three people, we recommend taking a look at our larger apartments.

Enjoy a comfortable time in this quiet apartment near the city center of Seefeld. The 2-room-apartment consists of: - Combined kitchen and living room: Corner seat, kitchen with sink, cooking zone, oven, fridge with icebox, dishwasher and TV - Bedroom: Double bed, bunk beds, wardrobe, commode, writing desk & chair - Bathroom: Sink, bathtub with shower curtain, laundry - Cloakroom Additionally one car park next to the house is included and guests can also joint use the garden.

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €3,50/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

A beautiful, very bright, cheerfully furnished 30 m² apartment with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains awaits you. It is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to a pine forest. In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, there is a spacious couch with sleeping function for 2 more people in the living-dining area. The small modern bathroom features a rain shower.

Large apartment in the mountains in Hintergraseck

ATTENTION: not directly accessible by car. You hike, we'll take your luggage. Hintergraseck is located at an altitude of 1000m above the Partnach Gorge, in the middle of the mountains in magnificent nature. Unique view of the mountains. The parking lot is 2.8 km away. The luggage will be transported. The walk takes about 1 hour. Parts of the route can be conquered by cable car. Free range farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in comfort...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the large comfortable bed.

My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
