The accommodation is close to Brignole and this allows you to easily reach both the center and all the surrounding areas such as Boccadasse, Nervi or Bogliasco. The available spaces are very large and comfortable for a family/group of friends. The host was very kind and helpful, both with check-in/checkout times and communications were very smooth. I take this opportunity to thank you again!

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

We absolutely loved this place and would stay again. The beds were firm but comfortable. I was hesitant to have my son on a sleeper sofa because he’s super picky but he slept great with no complaints. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Extremely easy to walk from the Levanto Station and easy walkable access to the historic center. The shower was a little tricky to prevent the water from coming out but not a big deal. The AC was so awesome in July! Definitely appreciated it after a long day at the beach. The broom was located outside which was necessary for all the pebbles and sand from the beach. There was a wrap around terrace which was amazing.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

I only booked one night because I had a work class on the same street as the property. Svetlana was very clear and available right away. The house was very welcoming and clean.

Excellent accommodation, spacious, very clean and in a quiet area, very convenient to the center and the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Another strong point is the free parking inside the condominium, because otherwise it would have been really difficult to find one in this season

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Elena's place to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi. Grazie mille, Elena!

The house is very nice and with convenient parking for the car. It is clean and well maintained, equipped with everything you need and even more. The host, Maria Grazia, is very nice and approachable. A true oasis of peace, with a beautiful view of the greenery and in this season you can hear the chirping of birds. Highly recommended!

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

All as described, nice and clean, comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

A haven of peace and kindness in the heart of the Liguria mountains. A very nice place perfectly equipped and located to discover the hikes and nature in the area above Chiavari. In a beautiful and stimulating city like La Spezia, Federica's apartment is a faithful reflection of the city. The decor is exquisite, without being pretentious. The spaces are spacious, practical and bright. It had everything you needed for daily needs, comfortable beds, clean towels, and tasty details: Coffee, olive oil, soap, shampoo. In short, it was an experience worthy of the Dolce Vita.

I went to Luciana's a few weeks ago with my dog... comfortable apartment equipped with all comforts, including bathrobes and slippers for the house... also great space for lunch or just to sit down for a chat! She was really helpful and kind... then thank you also for the convenience of basic comforts and for the directions to the neighboring places to visit... it was a great "escape" from the city and the hustle, to be repeated for sure

Very nice apartment - nice big terrace and very close to the train station, so you can easily get around the area if you want to see or hike in the Cinque Terre. Also close to the city and dining - Levanto is a great city.

It was a lovely place! The house was clean and tidy. Having a private patking area was a game changer. It has a balcony with a spectacular view. The house is located in the center of the town. You can reach beaches by 5 minutes walking. There are delicious restaurants nearby. We had a boat trip to Cinque Terre and the port is also close walking distance to the house. Overall that was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place to everyone!
