Il mio alloggio è parte di una villa Art Noveau localizzata in una zona di villini del primo novecento adatto a coppie e famiglie. E' composto da un grande soggiorno con balcone, due ampie camere di cui una con tre letti,un bagno con doccia , un secondo bagno di servizio, una cucina con accesso diretto ad un ampio terrazzo-giardino arredato (a disposizione).E' situato a circa 150mt. dal mare e dal centro, a circa 800mt. dalla stazione

La casa é affacciata nel golfo del Tigullio dove gode di una eccezionale vista mare ,nella quite delle colline Liguri, pur essendo a pochi passi dal mare. ha il Garage dove parte l'ascensore che raggiunge il primo piano dove si trova la cucina, salone, tinello, terrazza , jacuzzi, BBQ,bagno di disimpegno,e il secondo piano con tre camere da letto e i loro bagni privati, più camera in mansarda con bagno.
