Die Einlieger-Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in einem Wohnviertel, aber trotzdem zentral. Der Bahnhof ist nur 1,2 km entfernt und bequem in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus erreicht man mit dem Zug Köln und Düsseldorf in nur 15 - 20 Minuten. Das BayArena Stadion befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (800 m). Hier gibt es auch ein schönes Erlebnisbad & Sauna. Die Fußgängerzone von Leverkusen (1,1 km) bietet ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Supermärkten, Apotheken, Geschäften und Restaurants.

Note: There is no kitchen, which makes the space perfect for short stays. A microwave is available in the room. The stairwell is shared with other apartments, the entire attic floor is private for your stay.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Kleine, freundliche Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Herbst 2021 neu eingerichtet worden. Sie ist hell und freundlich gestaltet und hat einen eigenen Eingang und eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Sie liegt in einer idyllischem Ortsteil mit Fachwerkhäusern und ist nahe am Zentrum von Leichlingen. Leichlingen ist eine Kleinstadt am Rande des Bergischen Landes und von Köln, Düsseldorf und Wuppertal gut zu erreichen. Fahrräder und ein Autoabstellplatz können genutzt werden. Ein kontaktloses Einchecken ist auch möglich.

Located between Cologne and Düsseldorf, with very good connections to both cities. Cologne trade fair/Lanxess Arena. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The freeways A1, A3, A59 as well as public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Fitness studios such as "McFit, Fitklusiv and Flexx Fitness can be found within a radius of about 1.5 KM. The apartment is located in the house where there is also a restaurant. This is not open daily as it is an event location.

As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

This beautiful apartment located in the center of Leverkusen, is just a few mintues walking to Rathaus-Galerie Shopping Center and Train and Bus Station. By train you can be in Cologne Center in 15 minutes, or as well 20 minutes to Düsseldorf Center. You can also have access by Train to the Köln Messe with a direct train from the Leverkusen Mitte Train Station near the apartment in only 15 minutes.
