Cabin holiday rentals in Lexington

We really enjoyed our time at Jeffrey’s house for spring break! The location is perfect—close to so many great outdoor spots and hiking trails. The game room and hot tub were the cherry on top, especially since we had some wild weather during our stay, including heavy rain, river flooding, and even some tornado and hail warnings. Having those indoor options made a big difference and kept everyone entertained. We’d love to come back and explore more of the area when the weather is better!

Absolutely loved Bourbon Barrel cottages! Beautiful setting out in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Lose to distilleries and restaurants yet out far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Angie was out every day tending to the beautiful landscaping. They even offer fresh eggs on-site. Book this place next time you’re in bourbon country, you won’t be disappointed!

We had such a great time at Liz's cabin! It exceeded our expectations. It was easy to find, easy to check-in, it was clean, cozy, and the kitchen/bathroom had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home, loved the decor/design—it was a perfect getaway. Only experienced an occasional ant so truly, nothing to complain about.

We loved our stay here! The stocked kitchen and bathroom was very convenient, Phillip and Leslie were easy to get into contact with and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and activities to do around the area!

John's place was the perfect landing spot for our Kentucky getaway! Close access to highways to get to Lexington and Louisville. We were able to get to distilleries, the horse parks, farms, and restaurants easily. The house was clean, spacious, and offered all the amenities to make our trip comfortable. The hot tub was a nice way to wind down, and the surrounding farm land and woods were the perfect serene backdrop.

The Bourbon Trail Cabin was perfect for us and our friends to meet halfway between our homes (different states). This was by far the best cabin rental we have ever had from any of the many different rental sites. The attention to detail and the extras made it a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything one could want or need to cook at "home" while staying in the cabin. The little extras is what stood out to us; hair ties, quality bath sundries and a huge assortment of games if you are forced to stay indoors. The attention to detail was excellent and the cleanliness was top notch.

Clean little Cabin, felt right at home. Hot tub is a nice addition to this place. Responsive host! Best margarita I’ve ever had at the Mexican place right in town. Would definitely stay again. The only downside is that the upstairs loft is only like 3ft tall, had to army crawl around up there lol. Perfect for kids tho.

Jennifer was and great host! Very helpful and accommodating, the cabin was absolutely beautiful and peaceful! Will definitely be back!

Lauren was a great host! She was very responsive and kind. The home was amazing! It was perfect for our family vacation! We were able to enjoy several distilleries along the Bourbon trail and we loved coming back and relaxing in the evening! I would highly recommend this home!

The Tuck Lex is a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host had thought of everything from a first aid kit and ironing board to extra toothbrushes with toothpaste (a lifesaver!). The space was incredibly cozy and spotless, with a perfect balance of charm and comfort. What truly set it apart was the peaceful setting. Nestled among Kentucky’s stunning horse farms & rolling green hills, it offered such stillness and quiet, feeling like a true escape. We loved winding down with a movie using the projector & screen, & the bed was super comfy. The location was ideal, too! We explored the Aviation Museum, spent a day at Ashland The Henry Clay Estate, had a dreamy dinner at the Kentucky Castle, & even wrapped up the trip engaged! We added in some fun at Main Event, I suggest bringing a good book to read on the porch or propane fire pit (weather permitting) Whether you’re looking for a calm retreat or an adventure-packed stay, The Tuck is the perfect spot.

If your looking for a quiet, private, romantic little neck of the woods, your looking at the right place. It's a rustic charm takes you back in time with no running water and an out house. We made great memories and will definitely return. Thank you Steve!

This place was amazing! It was close to so many attractions but was quiet and away from all the noise! I would highly recommend this place!!

This place is more breathtaking then the photos! We had doordashed some stuff to the place and even the doordasher was breath taken by the place. I would recommend anyone coming through to stay here. We were sad we were just stopping through and not making it a weekend stay.

We had a great time, the place was in secluded area far from noise, except for cows mooing in the distance, birds chirping and wind blowing through the trees...very peaceful. We traveled around the area, when to Paris for lunch. Our dog loved all the room to roam about the property.

Jessica was a wonderful host; kind and thoughtful. The cabin was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. Waking up to the chirping birds and seeing the horses grazing was fantastic.

We keep returning because it is a great place and in the woods where we wacth lightbulbs and hear so many birds singing too. Close to the Red River Gorge park too.

I didn't realize there were handicap cabins. I could have used one. I suggest rubber backed throw rugs in the bathroom. I posted pictures on FB and everyone wanted to know the location. I learned of them by word of mouth. Thank you. Now I know how bnb works. Have a blessed day!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Midway, Kentucky, then this is the place! Alex was a wonderful host and his place was squeaky clean, had all the amenities needed, and plenty of parking!! Alex was responsive and friendly and we knew he would be ready to give us any help we needed during our stay! Could not recommend this location more!! No hesitation!

We absolutely loved staying at serenity cabin. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the cows and their calves. The house itself is so comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is between Richmond and Berea and close to everything you could need. We all loved it and hope to come back again.

This place greatly exceeded our expectations! Beautiful cabin with very spacious kitchen and open concept living room made for very relaxed gatherings of everyone in the house at one time. Gravel driveway is well kept and smooth. And some of the best parking we've ever experienced. Easily parked 9 vehicles with room to spare for many more. Cabin was very clean, and host was responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

This place looked just like the photos. It was very quiet and we were able to stay cool enough even tho it was crazy hot outside. The downstairs bed was comfy (didn’t use upstairs). The shower had amazing pressure but only had shampoo and conditioner (we took the pump soap from the sink as body wash). There were very clear instructions and the Pac-Man game was an instant hit with my husband.

Julie’s place was perfect and had everything we needed. It was super clean and the location was great. We absolutely loved the animals, I think Kevin the goat wanted me to stay ;)!! We loved sitting on the porch and looking at all the beautiful surroundings. There is so much to do near by but to be able to come back to a slice of peacefulness at the end of the day is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended and hope to be back soon!!
