Very clean, spacious and well-equipped studio. Quiet and well located place to discover by car Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert among others thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk from Balaruc les Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. We recommend it.

We stayed in Aline and Bertrand's apartment for 10 days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished, everything is well thought out and everything you need is available. The little ones in the family are also thought of, as there are many books and games. The area is beautiful, you can rent boats and the beach is only about 5 minutes' walk away. Aline is a wonderful host who has many good tips for the place and the surroundings. She answers quickly and is always helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay. We will be happy to come back. 🌞🌊

The apartment itself is small, but it has a large patio, and it is quite quiet. Located in an old building in the center of Montpellier, it is accessible and has plenty of kitchen equipment. I'm glad it's not just another apartment in a 100-apartment macro-corporate conglomerate, but an apartment with soul, equipped because it has a reason to exist, where someone really lives. The host communicates well and was responsive when we needed him. The patio is excellent for drying clothes, and it has the ropes to do so. The apartment is similar to Montpellier in the calm it allows, and honestly, with how expensive Europe is, I think this apartment may well be one of the best cost/effectiveness in this area.

We had a pleasant stay in the little Mandarine cocoon. The place is impeccable and super functional (equipped kitchen, etc.) we appreciate the small touches (coffee and tea in reserve for late arrivals, sanitary towels provided in the bathroom), and a little extra for the soft cotton sheets! Sarah is a welcoming and responsive host, we will be happy to come back.

Very good stay in this well-located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture... Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. Some small cleanliness issues could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Nice place for a vacation with family or friends. We recommend it!!!!

Very nice accommodation with a nice terrace and a nice garden lounge. The only downside is the lack of parking near the accommodation. However, parking spaces are easily found in the adjacent street.

We loved our two nights in Aigues-Vives. Marion and Guillaume were charming and so helpful. The accommodation was stylish, spotlessly clean and very peaceful and in a superb location for exploring the area. We would definitely return again.

Very good stay in the accommodation, small but very well equipped especially for young children (3 months and 3 years), faithful to the description. Well located accommodation, quiet neighborhood, clean and easily accessible swimming pool, presence of bicycles appreciated. small downside, difficult to move around when opening the folding bed.
