Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

Need to work a bit from the parking lot, remember that having free parking in Como is a luxury. The apartment is large and has everything you may need even for a long stay

Tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean apartment in Somma Lombardo. Excellent free transfer service to and from Malpensa airport when needed. A few very good restaurants within walking distance. Easy communication with Elena. All in all a pleasant stay. Note - there are no shops nearby or clothes washing facilities.

The stay was perfect and Carla was constantly attentive to us. Everything went as planned and the instructions were very clear. The calm and magic of the landscapes are guaranteed. The rooms are very spacious and the only point that needs to be anticipated is to do the shopping in Cannobio and have a car to access the apartment. I highly recommend The Tower to fully experience Lake Maggiore.

The apartment matched the ad, it was extremely organized and clean. I really liked the region where it is located: a beautiful place, with a subway station very close, several restaurant options, and a church nearby. I loved spending these days in this place.

We stayed as a family of 3 adults and from booking to departure I have zero complaints. Anna and Stefano were wonderful hosts. I would certainly recommend staying there as the accommodation is in a perfect location with beautiful views over Como. 2 balconies guaranteeing all day sun, especially the living room balcony for the wonderful views. Loved Bellagio and it was an ideal base to explore Lake Como and take a day trip to Milan. I would not hesitate in booking again when visiting Lake Como. Grazie Mille 🇮🇹❤️😎

Location was perfect. Very walkable to every thing including a market. The flat was perfect for two, with a large wardrobe area including laundry. Sylvia left breakfast treats and snacks for us to enjoy which was much appreciated.

Beautiful place to stay for a peaceful getaway out of the city. Incredible terrace views and lovely little cats that visit. The house itself is very well designed, homely and has everything you need! Roberto was fantastic and very helpful, would highly recommend a stay here.

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for us while staying in Bellagio. It is a walk up a gradual incline so it is a little tricky with suitcases, but doable in under 20 mins! And well worth it—the Airbnb is gorgeous, it has a backyard, a balcony and the view is even better in person than the photos, and it was nice to be away from the crowds during the busy season. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. And the kitchen is quite large! We had all the amenities we needed to cook, and there’s a nearby grocery store. Loved it!

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and the views cannot be beat. Michael and Cosima were super responsive at all hours and helped us with anything we needed. The only downside was that we felt the distance from town and any amenities was downplayed. We ended up spending a lot of time, effort and money reaching the lake as it was a long walk down and then getting a taxi back up. Would not recommend with small children if you do not have a car. It was also very hot when we visited so that made it hard as well. The views truly are amazing and we would recommend 10/10 for families with older children that can do the walks. Thank you again!

Sandra's small accommodation was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather, but Sandra can't help it. Still, we felt comfortable. The beach "on the doorstep" is a pebble beach, so you should wear bathing shoes, otherwise it is a bit uncomfortable. From the B&B you can take beautiful hiking tours. We will be happy to come back :)

Fantastic accommodation with unparalleled views! Clean and fresh with a luxurious feel! We had a fantastic stay in Como and Carolina and Marcus were incredibly helpful, friendly and nice and always responded quickly to questions we had! Highly recommend this accommodation and this host couple!

The accommodation was, as already guessed in the pictures, fantastically beautiful. The terrace invites you to linger and you can have a coffee in the morning with a beautiful lake view or eat in the evening with the barbecue provided and enjoy the sunset. We were at the accommodation for an extended weekend and would have liked to stay even longer. Elisabetta was very accommodating and even reserved a restaurant for us on the first day after our late arrival. In general, she always answered questions within a few minutes and was there to help with advice and action. We felt very comfortable and the location is great for excursions around Lake Como. But the location of the accommodation also offers a nice little beach and promenade. We will be happy to come back!

Amazing views from the terrace, just like in the pictures! So serene and beautiful! Emilio and his daughter met us there at check in, gave us a warm welcome, and explained everything to us. They were very friendly hosts and provided helpful local advice! We booked both apartments together, and each came with one parking spot. The hosts helped us with some local recommendations. We happened to be there on a Sunday afternoon, and almost everything in the area closes early on Sunday. We ended up getting takeout from La Bellagina, which was one of the few open on a Sunday evening, and it was great. There is a supermarket and other restaurants in Bellagio, 5-10 mins drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is unique and authentic, with an amazing view. The parents room has the cutest balcony, fun to hang in. Super accommodating to kids, they kept entertained with the games and books while we could cook and stay efficient. Also the hosts are very responsive and kind, made sure we had everything we need.

I picked this place because it was close to the metro, main train station, and also shuttles to the airport. Roscio was helpful through, clear instructions, responsive and made the stay very smooth. The place is overall great for a short stay in Milan if you're willing to transit around (not exactly walkable to the main attractions, but transit is cheap!) Only downside is maybe the walls are a bit thin so there are random noises you hear but for me that wasn't an issue.

The air bnb was fantastic - so beautiful and great use of the space. There was everything you could need. The road was a little noisy, but ear plugs were provided. Marie Laura was fantastic - she let us drop our bags off early; and the bikes were wonderful. Highly recommend both the host and the accommodation. Thanks for having us

Sweet spot in small town not too far from the lake. Great walking trails right by the home to different villages and view points. Host is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Pool was fabulous and very refreshing. Great place all around.

Great views and location!!! Very responsive and made the whole stay extremely memorable! Was able to explore the whole area while feeling safe and received wonderful recommendations! Dino was also great for check-in and getting us all settled!

What a quiet, beautiful and completely furnished cottage. The view of Lake Lugano from the cozy balcony was phenomenal. Ideal for 2 people who love peace and beautiful views. Sophie was friendly, helpful and proactive without being too much in the foreground. Her restaurant is definitely recommended and is within walking distance. We enjoyed the stay and fun excursions for 4 days, despite the slightly less good weather.

Florian's apartment is a real insider tip! The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking - we spent many long evenings there. The access is, as already mentioned, not entirely uncomplicated, but it did not bother us at all - on the contrary, the location is absolutely worth it. The apartment itself is very well maintained, well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We would come back anytime!

Everything was great except the AX wasn’t on when we arrived and tenant can’t control it. Despite Andrea controlling it it took two days to have it on consistently
