The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The house is built in the shade of the historic fortress church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the garden. The approx. 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened via electric roller shutters.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas on the farm. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car on the farm.

Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

Our quiet and well-kept 2-room apartment with large combined kitchen/living room and bathroom offers plenty of space for vacation, time out, work... The entire apartment is lovingly and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. There are tasteful artistic individual pieces everywhere that are integrated into the overall concept of the apartment. This and the orientation into the countryside make the apartment special.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

In this comfortable new apartment, in addition to the fully equipped kitchen, you can expect a chic bathroom with a rain shower, plenty of fresh towels and bathroom utensils for a maximum pleasant stay. The apartment also features underfloor heating and thus spreads a pleasant warmth in the rooms. All rooms of the basement apartment are equipped with a light-flooded window, which provides pleasant lighting during the day.

The apartment in the countryside

We are in the countryside and offer lots of space. At night you can hear the owls in the forest. In winter it snows with us while it only rains in Paderborn. By e-bike, you can reach Paderborn in 45 minutes or excursion venues in Haxtergrund in 30 minutes. You can go for miles or walk through the fields. Four golf courses are close by. The south balcony offers great views and the bedroom is pleasantly cool in the summer.
