The stylish apartment is located in an elaborately renovated quarry stone house with 4 residential units in the center of Borchen. The house is built in the shade of the historic fortress church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the garden. The approx. 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened via electric roller shutters.

Unsere Gästewohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, liegt im Hochpaterre eines Altbaus und ist ca. 50 qm groß. Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 160x200 großes Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es neben dem Sofa auch ein 90x190 großes Bett. Auf dem Hof gibt es einige gemütliche Sitzplätze. Die historische Innenstadt, Supermarkt und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Auf dem Hof steht euch ein Parkplatz für euer Auto zur Verfügung.

Nice apartment for 4 people

The apartment (approx. 75 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of a detached house (residential area "Auf der Lieth" = near the outskirts of Paderborn on the edge of a nature reserve) and is very quiet. It is 3.7 km to the city center and about 2.3 km to the university (approx. 30 min.) walk. We provide our guests with hand and surface disinfectants for their stay. The bus stop for lines 6 and 9 is 5 minutes = 180 m away. More details under Transportation.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. The stylish apartment is located in a house rebuilt after the war years with only three small residential units. The house has been built on the historic city wall, which is over 800 years old. It forms the historic city limits of Paderborn. The unique charm of the building complex on the city wall immediately enchants - and this in the middle of the city. The apartment is on the ground floor and was renovated in 2022 elaborately and of high quality.
