The house is really comfy and the views are extremely relaxing. We had no issues to park outside.

初めてAirbnbを利用しMattの家を使用させていただきました。泊まった家の周りは静かで自然が豊かです。彼の家はとても最高です。最高なインテリアと広くて素敵な庭があり、寝室やリビングは温もりのある自宅でした。ベルリンの市内からは少し離れていますが、私はMattの家を選んで正解でした。バス停やスーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内で近いです。 私は一人で初めてのベルリン旅行でしたが、ホストのMattはとても親切でたくさんコミュニケーションをとってくれます。彼とのティータイムは最高の時間でした。私は英語があまり得意ではありませんが、翻訳アプリを使いつつゆっくり分かりやすい英語で話してくれてたくさんお話ができました。何か困ったことがあれば柔軟に対応してくれる優しいホストです。私は彼のことを父親のように思っています。日本からのお土産も喜んでもらえたようでした。 私はまたベルリンに行く機会があれば必ず彼の家に泊まります。素晴らしい自宅と最高なホストでした。最高な思い出を本当にありがとう。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a Great Stay! Thomas’s home and hospitality were truly 5 stars. Despite a delayed start to our stay, Thomas was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well settled when we finally arrived. His property is located in a fantastic, quiet, and exclusive neighbourhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We made great use of the BBQ and pool during our stay, and Thomas’s recommendation for a local butcher was spot on, adding to an already wonderful experience. 20 minute drive to Berlin if needed Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

Tolles kleines Häuschen, mit perfekter Lage zur S-Bahn und damit ganz Berlin sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Sehr nette Aufnahme, individueller Rat, schnelles Eingehen auf Wünsche, hilfreiche Hinweise zum Besuch von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Umgebung, persönliche Unterstützung durch Ausleihe eines Fahrrades. Ein Familienangehöriger vermisste lediglich das erste Programm im Fernsehen….aber nur einer.

We stayed for three nights to spend time in the Berlin area. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need and more. While the apartment is outside of Berlin, the area has restaurants and shops and a direct train line to centre city. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Vi vill tacka för fina dagar i Berlin. Underbar lägenhet där vi hade allt vi behövde för en stor familj. Mycket personlig lägenhet där vi kunde koppla av men också bli inspirerade. Trevlig värd som hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde! Har redan rekommenderat boendet till vänner!

Eine superschöne Unterkunft & ein toller Startpunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Und unbedingt im Restaurant etwas essen. Wir kommen wieder! :) Plus: Mit dem Rad von Erkner sind es auch nur 20-30min auf entspannten schönen Radwegen.

Dietrich’s place was perfect for my needs for my work trip in Berlin. I was working a convention at the Messe write down the street and it was convenient because it was only a 15 minute walk for me. It was also very close to all of the trains and public transportation to get anywhere else in the city. There were a few cafés and coffee shops nearby and the apartment itself was very clean and private and quiet. It was in a neighborhood of beautiful old mansions, so even walking around the neighborhood was lovely. It checked all the boxes and I would highly recommend it.

The location is great—SBahn, UBahn, busses that can take you anywhere in Berlin. The layout works well, the three of us had plenty of room. The outdoor balcony is private and great for breakfast. There are a number of smaller but well stocked groceries close by, also two bakeries for morning Brötchen. I’ve stayed in a number of Airbnb’s in Berlin—I’d stay here again.

We love Prenzlauerberg and it’s houses of older Berlin with tall ceilings. Bright apartments. It was very comfortable to live in and felt like home. Thank you for having us as guests.

We loved it. The pictures tell the story. PLENTY of room for 6 people. Very clean. No AC but fans were great. Babett always available and she and Stephan stayed in touch. Location good. Lots to see and do in Berlin. We mostly used Uber but there is easy access to the S Bahn and U Bahn. FANTASTIC specialty coffee shop around the corner - Bruhgruppe. They could not have been nicer. Fun to support them. We also met some really nice Berliners!!

A fantastic lakeside spot with stunning views. The use of paddleboards, rowing boat and floating sauna really added to the experience. The house itself was big and well laid out, with plenty of room for the 3x couples that stayed (though worth noting two of the rooms are adjoined). The house had plenty of amenities, with plenty of kitchenware for us to cook in (which we did several times) and a projector in the living room for watching films. Marcel was very helpful, replying quickly to questions. There is a large shop and a couple of Italian restaurants, as well as a bus stop into town, just over the road which was very convenient. All round a great stay!

You can see so many unique thing in this house😆❣️ And Katja is super freindly owner. I can't talk in English and Germany well, but she talked with me a lot everytime. I borrowed an aroma diffuser and my favorite oil. I slept good! I hope to back here again. Vielen Dank🥰 -日本語（in Japanese) ベルリン郊外の自然が多い場所にあり、とても静かで風で木々がそよめく音、鳥の声が美しいです。オーナーのkatjaはとてもフレンドリーで私の語学力が乏しくてもいつも楽しく話してくれました。また、家の中はとってもガーリー！可愛い物、面白い物で溢れています。お昼寝好きな猫ちゃんもいます。ハウスルールも日本語のものを渡してくれます。最寄りの駅からベルリン中心まで30分程です。中央駅まで行かなくともSchönhauser Alleeが何でも揃っていて電車１本で行けます。都会と自然を両方楽しみたい人にお勧めしたいです！

Kristina war eine äußerst tolle und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und war verständnisvoll. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und hat alles super vorbereitet und unsere Zeit zu einem erholsamen und tollen Aufenthalt gemacht.

Katja und ihre Tochter sind echte Herzensmenschen! Habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und wurde mit offenen Armen willkommen geheissen. Wunderschöner Ort zum entspannend & Berlin Citylife ist trotzdem schnell erreichbar. Freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal <3

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für mehrere Personen. Wir waren dort zu 8 und haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles im Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage und dass man trotzdem mit Bus und S-Bahn in gut 45 Minuten im Stadtzentrum war. Auch die Ausstatung der Wohnung ist einwandfrei und Rochus und sein pelziger Freund ein verschmuster Golden Retriever sind einfach gute Gastgeber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
