Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Self-contained loft, 63 sqm, motto old meets new.

My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams sometimes crack, the rain pours on the roof= pros and cons?

The Sternstunde vacation home is located in the West Eifel in the village of Üttfeld. The house offers you a cozy ambiance on 100 m² of living space. Here you will find everything you need to unwind and experience pure relaxation. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. The special feature is the outdoor area with terrace and wellness area. In the wellness area on the roof terrace you will find a hot tub, a barrel sauna and an outdoor shower.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Traditionally designed Eifel house

Romantic vacation for two, hiking tour or a beautiful family holiday with children: the Wilfriede country house renovated in 2020/21. With organic, allergy-friendly clay plaster worked, this 80 sqm house allows you to feel the atmosphere of traditional Eifel way of life of the past. The still visible fireplace opening for smoking, a deep fountain and some quarry stones give insight into past times.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
