Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). In the suburban area but close to all the essential amenities, the apartment "Casa Nicola" has a single studio environment with bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, it has a small barbecue and sun loungers . The area is quite private also compared to my main home and separated by vegetation and more. Since the exclusive outdoor space is available in the apartment, however not recited, we will evaluate the hospitality of small sizes of animals.

The Tower Above the Sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful village of Marciana Marina. The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
