The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way forward and possibility to charge an electric car on the trail. Jacuzzi that holds 40 degrees year round. Lovely Sauna. Boat from Easter , 2 Kayak and a supboard.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Nyt et opphold på dette fredelige bostedet inne i skogen ved Grimevannet i Lillesand. I denne eldre boligen har vi beholdt den gameldagse lune atmosfæren som mange setter stor pris på. Samtidig finnes moderende hjelpemidler og et godt utstyrt kjøkken mm. Etter en frisk spasertur ute, lag noe godt i det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, sett på en god film og bare nyt den lune atmosfæren inne. Handletur ? Det er også bare 3 km til kjøpesenter, 4 km til Lillesand sentrum. 20 min til Kristiansand Dyrepark
