Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Limani Nafpliou

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Leon's villa, situated in a small village with its own bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and small convenience store. The house is a 10 minute drive from the charming coastal town of Naplio and a 20 to 40 minute drive to many archelogical sites, including the Archaeological site of Mycenae and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. Leon's villa is beautifully decorated, confortable and clean. It is also very private and our daughters loved the pool and fragrant orange trees. Leon was a responsive and accomodating host, taking our booking request at short notice caused by electricity issues at our previous place. I highly recomend Leon's home and would love to visit again.

Tollo ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit kristallklarem Wasser und die Unterkunft von Theoharis eine Oase - das Haus befindet sich in einem auf Etagen angelegtem und liebevoll bepflanzten Garten in dem fünf Schildkröten wohnen; besonders schön für Kinder da das Gelände groß und abwechslungsreich ist aber abgeschlossen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig - jedes der vier Schlafräume verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, es gibt einen separaten Salon mit Esstisch und mindestens drei private Sitzplätze im Außenbereich für jede Tageszeit. Wir wurden sehr gut mit Wasser versorgt und Theoharis hatte auf alle Fragen schnell reagiert und uns auch eine sehr gute Taverne empfohlen. Vielen Dank Theohari für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft!

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Ein wunderschönes Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Wunderbarer Pool, der tip top sauber ist. Aber das Beste ist der atemberaubende Blick auf‘s Meer. Ein idealer Ort zum entspannen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ottima posizione x visitare Micene, purtroppo alla sera tutti i ristoranti/ taverne era chiuse. Ovviamente questo non dipendeva dal nostro host. L'acqua in casa non è potabile, ma Panayiotis ci ha fatto trovare una confezione di biglietti in frigorifero. Ci ha offerto anche briosh, tea, caffè e succo per una colazione dolce e pane confezionato, prosciutto cotto, formaggio e banane per colazione salata. Tutto molto apprezzato. Ci ha fatto trovate anche una bottiglia di vino che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto apprezzare xché siamo tornati molto tardi. Unico neo è dover buttare la carta igienica nei cestini vicino al wc. Però non è un problema di questa casa ma di tutta la zona...... grazie mille Panayiotis. sei stato fantastico. se dovessimo tornare in zona, verremo ancora da te. Un grosso abbraccio da tutti noi.

Jimmy's place was brilliant. Quirky and creatively put together, this house gives you something to look at, at every corner. The host was responsive and helfpul, every time we needed him.

Sophia is a super friendly host whose home reflects her thoughtfulness and creativity. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived (in fact, when we were wondering if we had the right house, a kind neighbour came over to assure us we were in the right place) and she had kindly left breakfast items and fresh oranges and her own delicious honey. The house has two huge terrace balconies that both have far reaching, beautiful views, and it's so close to Ancient Mycenae l. I would recommend a two night stay here so you can get up to the site early in the morning while it's cooler, then come back for lunch and a rest, and go back up to catch sunset at the Lion Gate. Parking is right outside and the area seemed very safe. We met the sweetest elderly cat too, who liked to hang out with us on the terrace. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom and front room was invaluable. In short, an authentic greek village and old-school Airbnb stay.

High standard holiday house with all possible facilities in place! Well organized by Skouras Real Estate (Oxana). We received a warm welcome and at all times a quick reply if we hd any question. Also a lot of usefull information on local top spots, beaches and restaurants.

Nous avons passé un agréable Séjour dans cet appartement, plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Le logement était très propre, et correctement équipé. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, très bon séjour !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Kiveri sehr genossen. Die Lage war optimal um viel in der Gegend zu besichtigen. Im Ort hatte es eigentlich alles: tolle Tavernen, einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine wunderbare Bäckerei und Feinkostladen. Die Wohnung hatte eine schattige Morgenterrasse sowie eine tolle Abendterrasse mit tollem Ausblick aufs tiefblaue Meer. Es gibt Zitronenbäume mit reifen Zitronen. Unterhalb des Hauses führt eine kleine Treppe ins Meer. Von dort kann man zum Strand schwimmen. Dimitrios hat sofort reagiert, als wir weitere Kochutensilien benötigt haben. Unsere ganze Familie war von der Ferienwohnung und der Lage begeistert!!!

Αν και πήγαμε περίοδο με πάρα πολύ ζέστη, το σπίτι ήταν άψογο και άνετο.ησυχη γειτονιά,με κοντινές αποστάσεις.ειχε τα πάντα πολύ κοντά (φούρνο, super, τράπεζα κ.α). Η κυρία Βασιλική είναι ευγενέστατη και μας συμβούλευσε ποιες περιοχές να επισκεφθούμε και μαγαζιά που μπορούμε να φάμε στο Παράλιο Άστρος.

The location of Eleni’s place overlooking the old town and the port is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. The house is comfortable, as were the beds, and having an outdoor courtyard is a real plus. Eleni was there to greet us with her own home made orange cake, biscuits and a lovely bottle of local wine. She explained the house to us methodically, and we communicated easily using the translation on the Air BnB message app. During our 5-day stay, we loved having a washing machine, an outdoor space and a kitchen to cook fish from the local market. The old city of Napflion is really beautiful as is the local beach which we walked to. Local buses took us to nearby Tolo and a walk up to the top of the Palamidi fortress is challenging but very rewarding! Magical.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, ολοκαίνουριο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο και όμορφο,ακριβως όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες! Τακτοποιημενος χώρος, κάτι που σου προσφέρει ηρεμία! Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα, ακόμα και τρόφιμα για να φτιάξεις πρωινό! Είναι δίπλα στο δρόμο, πολύ σημαντικό για εμάς αφού έχουμε δύο μωρά και αρκετά πράγματα για κουβάλημα! Ο κύριος Βασίλης και η γυναίκα του πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Θα το ξανά επέλεγα σίγουρα!

We were fully satisfied with the apartment of Spyros. Especially, we fell in love with the back garden where we always had our breakfast and dinner. The apartment was clean and very quite during the night. Would definitely stay here again!

House and property were perfect. We had a large group with 10 adults and 2 kids(ages 2 and 6). We had room to spread out and recover from long plane ride. Loved the animals and property. It is a working orange grove. Swam and played tennis. Easy drive to Nafplio (10minutes). Easy drive to Mycenae. Little village is close and has well stocked mini mart. Caretaker was attentive. We spent three nights.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce AirBnB!! Nous sommes venus entre amis visiter la Grèce à l'occasion d'un mariage et nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente. Sarantos est incroyablement amical, réactif et accueillant. Il nous a renseigné les activités à faire, les restaurants et lieux d'intérêt ! Il nous invité à manger les œufs de ses propres poules, une salade de son jardin et nous a donné des savons artisanaux grecques. Nous avons également pu apprendre à danser le Sirtaki à ses côtés 😉 ! Un grand merci Sarantos, nous reviendrons de vacances avec de magnifiques souvenirs en tête et .. l'envie de revenir !

è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso!... Bill è un vero padrone di casa, premuroso, discreto, amichevole,accogliente e gentile...ci ha sempre trattati come se ci fossimo conosciuti da sempre!.. la vista dall'appartamento è un qualcosa di eccezionale!.. la casa è confortevole e provvista di tutto cio di cui si possa avere bisogno! appartamento super pulito, il materiale in casa è tutto nuovo, gli spazi sono ampi, luminosi, areati e silenziosi! Bill è stato sempre premuroso e tempestivo nel venire incontro a qualsiasi nostra necessità!.. è un vero Super-Host a 10 stelle! la spiaggia con accesso privato sotto l'alloggio è veramente paradisiaca! la zona è un punto strategico per visitare i siti storici piu importanti della storia! grazie ancora Bill per "tutto" quello che hai fatto per noi!abbiamo costruito dei momenti bellissimi che non dimenticheremo mai! ... ci mancherai e ci mancherà anche il piccolo PAPPPY!... se passi per Roma sarai il benvenuto!

My family and I had a beautiful 5 night stay. This is a very peaceful and serene place just as described, a little up the mountains from Nafplio. The home was spacious and very well furnished, everything was clean and modern. We loved the breakfast in the morning and just relaxing on the porch. Perfect spot with our two kids to retreat to after a day of sight seeing, they loved it there. If we ever make it to the Nafplio area again, we will be back.

if you're looking for something that's a little outside of the big cities in Greece this is a place to check out. be careful of Google maps as some of the roads are not there that are listed in Google maps. the location in Villa are beautiful with the swimming pool in views. a nice Oasis. to make it even better we were greeted with fresh homemade Greek cookies.

La villa etait comme sur les photos ,la plage à proximité avec un escalier privé, bien situé entre deux petits villages et notre hôte nous a bien tout expliqué à notre arrivée . Des vacances au Top . Merci Panos

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία, εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης μας εξήγησε όλες τις λειτουργίες του σπιτιού και τα της περιοχής! Φιλοξένησε άνετα 10 άτομα. Υπέροχη θέα το βράδυ από την πισίνα με φόντο το φωτιζόμενο κάστρο !

We visited this beautiful villa as a group of 8 adults and 2 infants, and had the most wonderful time. The space is perfect with plenty of room, the pool was lovely, and the views across the hills fantastic. Really brilliantly situated between Nafplio and Tolo, both were easily accessible with all there was to explore, including Epidavros a short drive away, whilst two local restaurants in walking distance provided the authentic Greek dining experience in the local village. Nok and Ejnar were perfect hosts, not only making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also giving advice when one of the infants was unwell, recommending a local paediatrician who was great. Couldn’t recommend their Villa, or themselves as hosts, highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.
