Monthly Rentals in Lincoln

This was the second time we have stayed here (and have a 3rd already booked). Diane's place is adorable, clean, and stocked with everything you'd need for a time at the lake. We booked this stay last minute due to a death in the family, and Diane went out of her way to put flowers in the kitchen with a lovely sympathy note. Even though the cabin is on Diane's property, she gives you complete privacy - well other than the horses, cows, geese and ducks who watch your every move. :) Highly recommend if your travels take you to Warsaw/Truman Lake.

We just wanted a couple days of peace and quiet and that was exactly what we found. The cabin was kept very tidy and neat with lots of small extras. Little things like extra trash cans discreetly about, plenty of towels, and a nice little coffee selection with condiments. There is also a provided gas grill on the upper deck. It was neatly cleaned and ready for use. Below the cabin near the woods edge they provided a stocked campfire area. It is very peaceful here even though there are several houses and cabins in the immediate surroundings. The owners live directly adjacent to the cabin and were available but not intrusive whatsoever. There are several small restaurants and bars in the area. You are very close the lake for fishing, boating, or swimming if you choose. If you are looking for peace and quiet or need a place to stay while at the lake this is a great choice.

We had a great stay at The Broke Spoke. Was exactly what we expecting and a perfect spot for my family for the night. We will be back.

Absolutely what our family needed on our cross country trip. Peaceful, beautiful, and absolutely stunning. House was very quaint and felt like home. Would come back here 100 times over.
