Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Lincoln

We stayed here as a group of 12 for only one night as we needed a good central to the start location for our team to stay the night before starting reach the beach (12 person 200 mile running relay race). This listing checked the basic boxes of location being central to the start (Lancaster Fairgrounds) as well as the first major exchange (Bretton Woods ski area), and it had enough beds for everyone on the team. But the more specific check boxes … this listing nailed them too! The living room was perfectly organized for us to sit around and watch the Thursday night football game (yearly tradition) and with a nice TV to watch it on. The kitchen was perfect for us to heat up the dinner that we had prepped for our arrival and had all the utensils that we would need. It was a beautiful home, decorated and impeccably clean. We like a nice place to stay for our night away before beginning our running journey, and this listing hit the spot for sure!! We would love to stay here again!

We were lucky to stay at Shannon’s Home so we could attend a family wedding in the area. Home was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. My family and I chose to buy our own groceries and cooked versus going out to the restaurants. We really loved that stove haha :) We honestly felt right at home and had the most loveliest time. Would definitely book with her again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay—this home was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard fire pit was gorgeous, and we loved the game rooms with board games, darts, and a pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious, and the speaker system throughout the downstairs and outside was a huge bonus. The only issue was unexpected messages from the host after a complaint came in from the attached (and unpictured) real estate office. It’s briefly mentioned in the listing but easy to overlook. The music wasn’t loud—we were talking at normal volume, with people napping upstairs—and it had been off for over an hour when the calls came in. The urgency felt a little off and caught us by surprise. Still, we’re giving it 5 stars. It’s a beautiful, well-equipped place in a great location—perfect for big groups who want to enjoy time together with plenty of space and privacy.

Really nice place. The fireplace not working was a bit of a bummer but everything else was excellent. Great location, great view, close to everything, and multiple floors was great to have with kids.

Carla’s place was a great Airbnb stay! It was very clean and spacious—perfect for accommodating three families with kids. There was plenty of room, and the house was stocked with toys and games like Catan, making it fun for all age groups. The TV with Netflix was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and there were various types of drinkware available, which added a nice touch. The home’s aesthetic was lovely and thoughtfully designed. Located in New Hampshire, the house is surrounded by nature and woods, offering a peaceful, forest-like atmosphere. Yet, it’s not too isolated, with other homes nearby, which gave us a sense of safety. Highly recommended!

We had the most incredible stay at Spruce Mountain Manor! The views were absolutely breathtaking—those expansive windows made it feel like we were on top of the world. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, from the stunning décor to the warm, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

The place is beautiful, exactly as described, and the location is great. We were greated with a warm welcome package, stocked coffee/tea bar and some snacks. Linda and John are great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Linda always responded to our questions within minutes, and was very flexible about the storm that was coming to Jackson on our last day staying there. This is our 2nd time staying here during winter break, and it checked all the boxes again this year. The place itself is super cute and cozy and just feels like home as soon as you walk in. The kids love having their own room downstairs and my son raves about the bed. In fact, he has me on a quest to recreate, as he puts it, "the bed situation" there. The upstairs living space is the perfect place to relax, and we spent time each day of our trip playing games while nestled in front of the fireplace. It's well positioned for easy access to Attitash and Wildcat as well as going into North Conway (Zebb's is always a must-do), but we also really love the town of Jackson. Going over the covered bridge feels like you're entering into a special tucked away place. Yesterday's restaurant has incredibly breakfast, Red Fox Inn has great dinner, and Nestlenook Farm is great for ice skating. If you're in the area, you also need to check out Vintage Baking Co. All around a great getaway!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It was a great weekend getaway and just a quick 15 minute drive to North Conway. Peter was a great host, checked in on us frequently and communicated very well during the power outage in Bartlett due to the weather. The home had a generator so everything worked out and went smoothly. My friends and I definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s condo with our two young children and another couple with their kids. The space was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of room to spare. The condo’s location was ideal—right on the ski shuttle and within walking distance to the town square. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect base camp for a winter weekend filled with great memories. We’re so glad we found this booking and would definitely stay again!

We book every year for a kid getaway and it’s always a good time!

This is our second time staying at Kate's place. We love the quite and peaceful location and the ability to walk and hike right out the door on the forest roads/ski trails up to Wildcat and Carter Dome. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking, and all the accessories like a can opener and vegetable peeler. We enjoyed hearing an owl at night and watching the woodpeckers feed their babies in a tree outside the house. The basement bedrooms are cool and comfortable, and we absolutely love the old furniture and variety of books to peruse. It's a very comfortable place to stay!
