We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the parking spot was easy to find. Josh was very responsive and helpful. When we couldn’t find a hair dryer, he arranged an expedited replacement for the next day, which we really appreciated. He also gave us great local recommendations for our day trip to Newport. Communication was always friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Providence.

The rental unit was very clean and it was greatly equipped with kitchen and bathroom needs.

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

The place was very nice , Jason was very respectful and responsive of whenever I had questions . The only downside was I totally could’ve found out on my own with more researching , we are located in the basement level and at times we were able to hear the person above us walking around . That is my only complaint ! Everything else was amazing and up to standards .

This stay was awesome. The place is right in the middle of everything and I would stay again when going to Providence

Spacious, uniquely decorated apartment with comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Outdoor space and extra dining area were a bonus. Bright paint colors, original art and vintage furnishings…plus a nice garden. We were very comfortable and happy as a family of 4, including young adult children. Thank you, Janel & Kirk!

One of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed at. Richard was also on of the best hosts we’ve ever dealt with. Always available and extremely helpful, friendly and responsive.

Lovely, charming house. Patricia was very kind and welcoming. She met us at the house despite it being late. Patricia's thoughtfulness was readily apparent in the wealth of kitchen amenities and options she shares with her guests; definitely a people person! The home itself is exactly as pictured. Parking is easy. It's quiet at night for sleeping. With windows open the morning traffic noise may bother some. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding at the local venue “the Lake Pearl.” David’s place was great. Very cozy and unique. Lots of beautiful art. We enjoyed it thoroughly. He was responsive to anything that we needed. Very private and nature filled backyard. Right up the road from the lake itself. Just as a note for those with little ones. The loft space albeit great for most doesn’t have a railing or wall blocking someone from the floor edge. Again. Fine for most but something to be aware of. We were ok with it but didn’t realize that when we chose the home.

Naoufal’s place was perfect for our trip! The house was very spacious! Naoufal was a wonderful host! There was milk, fresh fruit, and breakfast food waiting for us when we arrived which I felt was a generous measure that really went above and beyond! I highly recommend staying here! Especially if you are with family or children & teens… it’s spacious enough for everyone on a safe, quiet street. We hope to stay here again next time we visit.

Jean’s house is cozy and beautifully decorated (we especially appreciated all the thoughtful aesthetic touches 😊). Unlike some rentals, everything felt carefully considered, just like at home. Can’t recommend it enough!

Richard was a great host. We stayed at the historic home as part of our Reunion weekend at Brown. Gathering by the enormous fire place over coffee was a highlight. It was a cold and rainy weekend, but the backyard was lovely

Repeat stay at Maria’s and again everything was as expected and more. House was clean, bed very comfortable, linens and towels clean and good quality. Maria’s house provides a home away from home. I definitely recommend her house when visiting the Providence area

Yosefa's place actually felt like a home instead of a personality-less Airbnb. We loved all of the plants and the colorful decor. The street that it's on is very quiet, but there are lots of things to do just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious apartment in a location that can't be beat: close to RISD and Brown, walking distance to restaurants. It is quiet despite being so central. The place is stunningly decorated, clean, and super well stocked (the kitchen was every appliance you can dream of, both iron and steamer were provided etc!). A perfect spot for a visit to Providence. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Rohan’s place for Brown Graduation. We had a large group so much better than multiple hotel rooms. The property manager met us and helped us get in. There are stairs which were a bit of a challenge for older members of our group, but everyone navigated it fine. Nice drive down Hope/Blackstone to Brown campus. Special bonus: we got to see a Rhode Island Football Club game! And made friends at the Cape Verdian restaurant on the corner. Overall great weekend.

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was fantastic and Ryan was extremely accommodating and communicative. We plan to stay again for future college reunions. The apt was so comfortable and clean with lots of places to charge devices and plenty of ice & kitchen appliances. Every room was great. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! It was peaceful and quiet, and the property itself was very clean, well-kept, and beautiful. There was plenty of space for the four of us, and the amenities were fully functional. Thank you so much!

This is a ground level apartment in an historic home just off Benefit Street, a prime location on Providence’s College Hill. Because of the sloped terrain, it might seem like a basement apartment from one side, but it has a garden entrance at the front door. If you can handle the steep streets in this hilly area, it’s a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Downtown Providence. I did not rent a car while staying here and never felt I needed one. Tall travelers should be aware that this dwelling has low ceilings by modern standards. That didn’t bother me in the slightest; in fact, it made the apartment feel more cozy. Nevertheless, visitors over six feet tall should be aware of this aspect and make an informed decision. The apartment has a warm, comforting esthetic with all sorts of art on the walls and books on the shelf, and both made a great background for video conferences using the robust wifi signal.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
