It has a separate entrance with car parking space directly in front of the entrance. It consists of a large living//cooking/dining room, a bedroom with cozy double bed (200x160 cm) as well as a bathroom and hallway. In a few minutes by car there are numerous shopping opportunities and a bakery is within walking distance. 2.5 km to the highway (A45).

Neues Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer (Februar 2025). Aufblasbares Bett für eine weitere Person vorhanden. Schnelles WLAN + LAN-Port vorhanden. Perfekt zum Arbeiten oder Surfen. Das Rauchen in allen Innenräumen ist untersagt. Für das Verständnis der Ruhezeiten von 22:00-06:00 Uhr danke ich im Voraus.

Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.

Welcome, dear prospective guest! A freshly renovated apartment awaits you. The picturesque house has a large garden with cozy corners for barbecuing, relaxing & unwinding. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Quiet apartment in Giessen

Rest and relax in our spacious apartment on the outskirts of Giessen. The bedroom with queen-size bed is perfect for single travellers or couples. For companions or kids, a large sofa in the living room transforms into a comfortable double bed and a chaise longue becomes an extra single bed if needed. Giessen's city centre, university campuses and clinic are all a short bus ride or drive away, while supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance.

Nice apartment located in the heart of Butzbach

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.
