Newly built house with absolutely the best location on the Nordic's longest lake beach and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

En idyll med sjöutsikt. Första parkett med stor terrass och utsikt över sjön Roxen och Linköpings stadssiluett. Oavsett säsong njuter du av kuperade skogar och ängar. En kort promenad leder till sjön, stranden och allmän badplats. 18 minuter till Linköpings centrum och 5 minuter till Göta kanals största attraktion, Bergs slussar. Lilla Dalvik

Välkomna till vårt lilla nyrenoverade "compact-living" hus i Borensberg. Huset är väldigt litet men mycket charmigt och alla bekvämligheter finns. Från paviljongen som ligger intill huset, har man utsikt över Göta hotell vid den unika Göta kanalmiljön. Huset passar bäst för 2 vuxna eller en liten familj. Parkering utanför huset och tillgång till trädgård. Nära till stor badplats, restauranger, mataffärer, cykel- och kajakuthyrning. Fina promenad- och cykelvägar finns utmed kanalen och sjön.

Guest wing @Ginkelösa Nygården

Welcome to Ginkelösa Nygården! The wing building (left in helicopter image) gives you as a guest a private accommodation with a very high standard in a rural environment only 10 minutes from central Linköping. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms + sauna and hot tub outdoors. Electric car charger is available for a fee. This accommodation is best suited for the big family, girl/guy gang or the 2-3 couples who want something out of the ordinary!

Would you like to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or longer? With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. Lillstugan är ett av husen på på vårt lilla lantbruk. Huset har anor från 1700-talet och har under senare år renoverats med bibehållen äldre lantlig stil. Tre sovrum, det stora på övervåningen har dubbelsäng, det mindre två enkelsängar. Ett sovrum med enkelsäng på bottenvåningen. Köket är modernt utrustat. Stor trädgård med utemöbler. . Vid sjön, ca 150 m från huset, finns badbrygga.Roddbåt och bastu finns att hyra. Nära till ängar skog och promenadvägar.
