Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbors. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is a good size and very pleasant when it's hot. Ideal location of the apartment: ocean and beaches within walking distance. Nice shops, bars and restaurants 5 min by car. the stay went very well at Hervé and Isabelle's, the accommodation matched the photos, it was well located for us (we were looking for accommodation in St Paul les Dax), also close to sourceo. The environment is quiet.

Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The accommodation is as in the photos with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just bring your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, the golf course, the swimming pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it ;) Lots of restaurants for foodies by the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thank you to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. In short, I am delighted with this beautiful corner of paradise, it is exactly what I needed. Thank you again Arthur and see you soon.

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

Comfortable apartment and consistent with the photos located in a rather quiet residence. Modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. A big thank you to Christophe for hosting us. He was also very accommodating in agreeing with us on the best times for our arrival and departure. The only downside for us who like to walk are the distances to get to Biarritz or the beaches (3 to 4 km). Car is therefore a must. But no problem to move because we always found a place when we returned from our walk.

A quiet and relaxing environment in the middle of the pine trees, with plenty of activities on site in addition to all the surrounding bike paths. The accommodation is functional and well arranged. Frédéric is a welcoming and pleasant host. We'll be happy to go back. We recommend.

The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the listing is ideal with a nice view! The directions to our arrival were very clear, we picked up the keys from a lockbox without any problems.

The place was lovely and so peaceful! We had a great time in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and without any vis-a-vis, a real jewel in a green setting. Very nice renovation 🙂 Location. With two young children, we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.
