Holiday rentals with a patio in Linz am Rhein

The stay was great for our first short vacation with baby! The apartment is very well and lovingly equipped and the sauna is a highlight! Communication with Jan was easy and very nice ☺️ we will be happy to come back!

We booked this airbnb to be close to the Nurburgring : 30 min and you're there. (Very good value for the money paid) The room was clean and Ines is a a nice host. Highly recommend

Although we were only 3 nights in the accommodation, it was completely enough to relax, unwind and relax. The apartment is cozy and very nicely furnished, everything was very well maintained and clean. In good weather, you can relax on the balcony, where you ☀️ have sun all day. We lacked nothing. We would definitely come back 👍🏼 for excursions and hiking trails, everything is taken care of in the vicinity, so boredom does not come here. We only had problems with the WLAN, but this was not a minus point for us, as we were not there to work or anything like that.

We stayed at Barbel and Thomas's place with my younger brother and his wife over a long weekend stay to visit my sister in Bad Godesberg and my older brother on route from Rotterdam. Right from the start, we very much felt at home, Barbel was super helpful and so friendly and easy to talk to every time we met. The flat is very spacious and with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and good bathroom. The location is perfect regarding easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport with beautiful views on the doorstep of the Siebengebirge. Parking was also easy on the road, plus is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, which made it extra pleasant to sit out on the balcony during the warm evenings. We would highly recommend Barbel & Thomas's place and look forward to future stays.

From the reservation request to check-out, it was communicated quickly and kindly. The apartment is facing away from the street and is pleasantly quiet. In the apartment it is neat and clean, the layout is practical and there is everything you need for a nice stay.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. It looks even more beautiful than in the pictures, although the pictures were already great. We felt very comfortable. It was perfect. The next stay there is already booked.

We spent a week in Lena's Airbnb and felt very comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed and, despite Lena's absence, as she herself was on vacation, always had a very reliable and nice contact person with her father. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and it has everything you need, even for self-catering the kitchen utensils are there. There's even an extensive DVD and book collection. In the village, there is a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket, few restaurants - we lacked nothing, we were able to relax superbly. The view from the terrace is simply beautiful and places such as Bad Neuenahr and Ahrweiler are easily accessible by car, by bike or on foot. We highly recommend the place and Lena and her family as hosts.

Very nice bright house. Large outdoor space with a pond. Two resting beds and a table with 6 chairs for outside. Quiet location in a residential street cul-de-sac. Depending on the wind direction, the highway must be perceived subliminally. The center can also be reached by foot.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb during our special visit to Germany. The neighborhood is charming and safe. Franz truly saved the day with his kindness and concern. Thank you, Franz! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautifull house on a very nice location. We stayed with 4, enough space for everone. One point that could be improved: one bathroom including one toilet available for the whole house is a bit small, certainly for larger groups. A second bathroom seems to be in development so this might be solved shortly. Contact with Ben was perfect, quick response, flexible on a few requests and very friendly.

I spent a very relaxed and quiet weekend at home with my dog. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Especially great for running with the dog is the forest right outside the front door. Communication with Lotta was straightforward and always friendly and courteous. I'd be happy to come back!

Beautiful stay with all the comforts. We have been able to pool, cook and barbecue outside. From the cottage you can take beautiful walks. We also walked in the nearby Siebengebirge. Very cool! Thank you

Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house,cozy but everything present, fenced terrace , ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to make , really recommended

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. It is spacious, very clean and well equipped, and in a peaceful setting. It comes with a big parking space in front, and is in a convenient location, with a shopping mall nearby. At this time of year, with good weather, we were able to sit at the patio to enjoy the garden. Marco and Heike were, as usual, very responsive, helpful, respectful and welcoming. We have recommended this place to friends who are currently staying there. We look forward to staying there again.

I had a super nice stay in the modern but at the same time cozy apartment. I have nothing to complain about! Communication with Kirsten was also very pleasant and the check-in was flexible and straightforward. I would be happy to come back.☺️

We were very warmly received and immediately felt at home. The apartment is clean, spacious and fully equipped. The balcony overlooking Rheinfels Castle is a dream. The key handover went smoothly and the farewell was also very nice and warm. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again! Super comfortable, well-equipped, and well-located. JJ answered all my questions without any problems. The instructions were very clear. If possible, it would be great to have more recommendations for places to visit or where to eat. That kind of information from someone who knows the area is always helpful. :) We regret not having a working coffee maker for breakfast, but we were able to figure it out. I would really recommend this place! Everything was impeccable. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment was clean and well located. We felt comfortable and there was nothing missing. We were very pleased with the amenities. We use the apartment to be near the Nürburgring. Actually, this is 20 minutes away, due to a major event some streets were closed. However, it was not a problem, the travel time is extended by about 30 minutes.
